The battery arrived fully charged about a month ago. Tonight I ran my laptop for five hours and the power went from 100% to 82%. So far so good, as there are occasions when the power goes out here in town and I need my computer to teach online. However, when I plugged the battery into a standard outlet to recharge, it sparked - a lot. Now I'm not sure how to recharge it. I would appreciate any suggestions.

The one I received was a SQUARE WAVE model, Thought it was one of the better modified sine wave or sine wave models. SO BUYERS BEWARE!!, when they don't CLEARLY label their products!!--however, since it did seem to work Aok without "line distortions" on the TV, laptops, modems that I wanted to use, then I decided to keep it, AND go through the hassle of returning it!!

It initially worked well with light things, like cell phones and laptop. After one month, it broke. Probably my fault, because I connected it with a saw that required a high voltage input. However, the product is not good anyway because I tried to open it to find the issue and try to repair it myself, and I could not, because the covering plastic of this product is all in one piece, fused together, and there is no way to disassemble it with screws and open it to inspect its internal pieces. I had to crack it, then throw it in the garbage. What a waste of money.

Very well built. I charge it with a RoadTrip Cyberpower 175 watt inverter as I drive my car & charge my laptop at the same time through the power bank. Overnight I am able to keep my laptop charged while charging my phone, tablet, and running an LED light & a fan. It will last through the night and although I have drained it on occasion, usually there is 30% or more left in the morning. GREAT PRODUCT! I plan to buy another one..

Good for simple uses

Excellent product ,if you need a battery get this. Will buy 2x 1000watt next time

This battery back up is dangerous. It failed and smoked when it was finally time for it to do it's job. Fortunately I was there to unplug it and get it out of the house quick. Seems it has been pulled from Amazon since I purchased it, but I would avoid anything from this company now.
