Well priced, comfortable, enduring.
This is supposed to be just a product review, but I can't help to put some extra input.I can only guess, namely those who look for orthotics are going through various pains and aches and seek relief. I know exactly what it's like to have a foot problems and have pretty ruined feet myself.Short leg, which is a result of osteoarthritis. Consequently postural imbalance, collapsed arch on my left foot which pronates and puts extra strain onto my right foot (see the wear on the photo).NHS is not very helpful and they give you some cheap memory foam soles, which make situation worse.I also bought expensive custom orthotics. None of them eliminate problems. And bear in mind there is a wear and tear, so soon you'll need to purchase a new set or multiples for different footwear / occasions. So what to do?First you need to learn about your body and what works for you. You could do gait analysis. But you can also learn a lot from observing your walking, running, feet placement, posture, shoe wear etc. As with everything it is a combination of multiple factors. Unfortunately you cannot reverse these problems, but try to make it bearable. Loosing weight will greatly help and so the regular exercise; theres is plenty online instructions designed for feet related issues. The inserts themselves are comfortable, well build, with good materials, decent thickness, good absorption especially the heel cup. I've worn the one in the photo for about 7 months and must say they withstand the abuse quite well. They do not slip inside the shoe. No funny smells despite sweat.Make sure that you choose the correct type (high / low arch, wide / narrow) in the correct footwear. For instance if you want to raise arch but then your shoes are quite narrow and already have raised arch it may not work as the sole wont align into the shoe bed and will cause you extra discomfort, compression, tilting etc..What I am trying to say there isn't a miracle product which will work for everyone and everywhere. Therefore you'll need to experiment. Overtime due the changes of the biomechanics you'll more likelybuy a different design / type of the inserts and swap your footwear.

Helped with my plantar fasciitis, best insole I’ve tried.
Excellent insole.I’ve had a painful heel and cuboid essentially plantar fasciitis and been looking for a solution.I have tried all sorts of solutions from compression socks to gel insoles, gel heels nothing seemed to help massively.I play squash and my plantar fasciitis was very aggravated every time I played, someone at the club suggested I try a high arch insole, I bought a few different types and basically tried them all out. These insoles really work, one word of warning, there appear to be a couple of types that are sold under the same brand to that look very similar, what differentiates these is that they have a small raised section in the middle of the insole a stiff arch and a soft heel segment, you can just about make out the raised bit in the pictures, other insoles branded the same and look almost the same do not have the raised bump and I don’t think do as good a job, although without the bump they are still good just not as effective.I have quite a few pairs of these now and bought from a few vendors, beware some vendors take an age to arrive, I can’t remember if this seller was quick or not... sorry...Effectiveness, after wearing these for a short while my feet started to feel much better, after about 2 days. I bought more insoles and use them in my squash shoes, day shoes, trainers etc. Basically my feet aren't on my mind and I’m not hobbling first thing in the morning. When using these insoles in anything other than flat shoes I found it necessary to remove the existing insole to make room, these are quite deep and do not easily stack with other insoles. So, in summary some differences by sellers, the ones with the bump in the middle seemed best, they really helped with my plantar fasciitis.Buy the correct size UK 9 was a good fit In Adidas, Clarke’s shoes and Asics squash shoes.

Walking in a comedy manner due to poor arches? ...get these!
In my day (as a kid) there was Dr Scholl elasticated pads that you put the band around your foot! ..oh lordy!Nowadays thankfully there are cheapish alternatives to cut to size (insole of your favourite most regularly worn shoes & more comfort as a result. Our daughter walked like a duck, yet within days pressure was off her knees & a straighter more composed stance ensued (school shoes).Maybe buy a couple of pairs for your main footwear of choice so you get a 7 day benefit, ..yes this costs more, however you aren't realistically going to change them over every time you change shoes / boots. ...& I promise you a back cracker appointment is about £45 per half hour session ...so these may ramp up the benefit very quickly.
