Now I’m 5’3 166 lbs. and I followed the sizing chart and it was to big . My natural waistline is 36” so that takes me to 3xl, but I ordered 4xl and was way big . So I sent back and decided to go with the 2xl and not 3xl, because from what I saw from the first one there was a lot of leeway. So I posted some pics to show the fit and even tho it was 2 inches smaller I can open it up because there’s a lot of material in the back so you’re back won’t show then you can pull in the strings to get a snug fit . The quality of this bustier is great and the skirt is nice and lightweight with a zip and elastic in the waist.Thank you for reading and I hope this helped.✌🏼

I am a size 16/18 and I read all the reviews before ordering and I ordered a 5x. I am by no means a 5x in real life, but this fit perfectly for the event! Very happy with the quality for the price.

I'm a pretty hefty woman so it can be hard to find items that fit. This was a dream. Latched nicely and stayed put all day long during a metal music festival. Held up in the mosh pits. Still breathable and nothing broke or ripped under pressure. And had plenty of room to make it bigger if I had needed to.I'm 5'8, about 272lbs and have a size 44E bust size.

The hardest part for most women when ordering and getting the wrong size is they do not grasp the great difference between Asian sizing and US/EU and are really reluctant when normally a much smaller size like an a XL or 1XL to order a 4XL or greater, it often feels insulting that their measurements fall into those sizes as in US/EU sizing that would be considered huge. I see many remarking that they ended up with one too small as they went smaller the measurements because it said to get a 4XL and they normally buy the US size that is several sizes smaller so they take a size smaller than they should. Going with the instructions of measure the waist and buying according to that size will, with most, get you a spot on fit unless you have a very large weight in proportion to your body, then the bust will be too loose and depending on the proportion of your hips too large or too small. The corset is pretty adjustable so if you go with the waist size you should be okay but the skirt might be too large. You can also buy the costume in pieces with the skirt separate form the corset and have more options in getting a corset and skirt in different sizes and the cost is about the same (and actually save you a few dollars in some size or style combinations). Asian sizes actually only Western women up to 2XL but that would be a 6XL and its often hard to click on a size so much larger than your really used to wearing.I am a seamstress that makes custom renaissance and other costume in the high end but needed something quick and not expensive and its did not need several weeks of detailing for a Halloween Day of the Dead party so decided to buy one of these. The fabric is dece quality and corsets are period accurate from the look even if the material and hardware are not. They are not as 'costumy' as one would expect and I would say that even foe someone just getting into period reenactment they would be a decent starter corset as long as one stays away from inappropriate colors :) The workmanship is very good and that needs to be considered in a corset of you do not want things that are supposed to be supporting you to be tearing with movement. I always where a new corset for about 12 hours before wearing it for an even and I just finished up a 14 hour test drive and it was comfortable the whole tie, no areas that poked or was binding, it adjusted well to my body and provided the necessary support. In comparison if I duplicated th costume, even using the same materials my wholesale price for materials and labor would have run in the area of 80-100 dollars so this is definitely a decent find

Love the clasp closures on the corset, and the skirt high/low drape is super cute. Everything about this costume fits perfectly, with great lines and many ways to adjust. I'm a size 12 (XL top) but the sizing chart recommended 2XL for my measurements. They were spot on! Pricing is reasonable and on par with the quality you receive. A great substitution for a ridiculously over-priced leather corset you may only wear once. I did add a "pirate style" short sleeved blouse underneath just to give it a worn/weathered look. I can't wait to rock this outfit again for another costume party. Pic attached - I'm the red head, not the Samoan. LOL!

The quality of this outfit is great for a costume or some other fun dress up experience. The only problem that I had was I went with my measurements and selected the size from the chart and it was too big. It has a zipper on the skirt which is nice but I was able to put the skirt on without unzipping it and still had room. I was able to get the corset on without any struggle or even untying it. I am returning it but will more than likely try a smaller size as long as it's available.

Great outfit! But the corset runs small I ordered accordingly to chart and some reviews but it still turned out too small I'm a 36B/C depending on bra type (padding or not etc..) and the skirt fit (not too tight nor too loose). If I was to size up more on the top... then the skirt would end up being way too big. Sad they sell this as 1 set/piece so therefore it will be hard to have the top and bottom fit the same unless your measurements are exactly as chart/size is provided. The top/Corset I think is well made/sturdy and the skirt is thin/flimsy like cheap costume material. Nevertheless, great outfit, design, style, color etc.. I would give it five stars had the skirt been made better with better material.

Die Kostüme sind für den Preis echt prima. Leider hatte ich auf Grund der hohen Anzahl (Männerballett Kostüme) Probleme mit dem Zoll, da man direkt beim Hersteller bestellt - in diesem Fall in CHINA und somit musste ich ordentlich drauf zahlen. Das ist einem leider nicht bewusst, da man ja bei Amazon bestellt. Sehr schade!

Abgesehen davon, dass das Produkt viel später, als zunächst angekündigt ankam - und damit das Datum, an dem es getragen werden sollte, völlig verfehlt hat - ist es gut zwei Konfektionsgrößen zu klein, obwohl ich nach Größentabelle bestellt habe und dort schon eine Größe größer gewählt habe, als ich eigentlich trage. Dementsprechend mehr als enttäuschend und absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
