SUPER UPSET!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is absolutely ridiculous! I was so excited to have a new look for my kitchen this thanksgiving and because of the awesome reviews I began to install them right away! I was METICULOUS when marking the holes so I knew they were perfect especially since I used a template and went back and double checked them after the holes were drilled!Upon installing the pulls I noticed they looked crooked... the reason I felt comfortable buying these is because so many reviews said these didn’t have the problem that tons of Amazon pulls have of not being level. I unwrapped the remaining ones and out of 30 pulls, I have like FOUR that are as they should be! The rest are obviously out of alignment and make it painfully obvious that my pulls are crooked on my cabinets! I’m so upset! My husband is upset! My kitchen now looks a mess because there are holes just THERE with no suitable pulls to add to them.I should have realized the prices were too good to be true!

Excellent customer support and excellent product.
I purchased these on April 17th and they were delivered in two days. The handles look great on my oak cabinets. I know that oak is dated but the handles really updated them a bit. They come individually wrapped to protect them from scratches. They also come with 4 standard - not metric - screws which is nice if you need longer screws for your cabinets as they are easier to find at your local Big-Box stores. The two lengths, that are also individually wrapped, was perfect for my application. The handles that I ordered have a flat black powder coat and I did not see any scratches or blemishes in the finish. The handles are not heavy but they don't feel like light, cheap, hollow tubes either. They have a good weight to them and when tightened to the door / drawer they feel secure and solid. The screws threaded into the handles without issue and the short ones were used in the doors while the longer ones were used for the drawers. The handles are a great value and for the money they are hard to beat. I have seen some that look exactly like theses on Amazon and online but some come with metric screws and some come with the long screws with breaking points along the length of the screw. This is supposed to be for convenience but I would think that the screw would break off when trying to tighten it into the handle. The seller, RDX Hardware / Brahmco, has great customer service. He responded to my questions the next day and he got the situation solved beyond my expectations. I did not have any issues with the handles as they were perfect. I had some questions that needed answers and he responded quick and professionally.Note: Get a door and drawer template that has the hole spacings you need if you are drilling holes like I did. That made the job so much easier although a little scary at first. If you do use a template make sure to hold it firmly against the door / drawer but do so without putting so much pressure that you twist the template. This will assure that the holes are in the right place. Also mark the holes in the template that you are using so that they are easily identified when you mark the next door / drawer. Remember the carpenter’s rule, measure twice (and cut once). Since you are not really cutting anything the last part does not apply but just make sure that you are sure before you drill. The 3/16 drill bit that is supplied with the template will make a bigger hole than the screw and comes in handy for leveling the handles just before you tighten the screws completely as you may need to adjust the handle to make it level. Also use a high-speed bit if one is not supplied and keep the drill level as you make the hole.

Really Enhanced the Look of the Cabinets
I used these to upgrade my kitchen cabinets and they were great. If you don't already have knobs and/or installing on new cabinets, then I suggest buying a cabinet door & drawer hardware installation template. It's going to be really difficult trying to align and install these without them. You will need a 3/16 inch drill preferably with a brad point. Most installation templates come with one. Also, make sure you have a good drill/driver that is at least 18v. You will have a hard time drilling through wood that has a thickness of 1 inch or more.I don't think these are solid, so they will be lighter in weight than the ones that you would buy from a hardware store, but these are really sturdy. They do not feel cheap. Many reviews claim of imperfections on the handles, but I didn't have any of that. None of mines were scratched or scuff. I only had one screw that was stripped, but they give you plenty of screws so that wasn't an issue. Some reviewers talk about the screw breaking or the pulls breaking when they are screwing it in. The screws are kind of fragile, so I suggest just using a good ratchet screwdriver as oppose to an impact driver or drill/driver to screw. It will not take that much longer to screw them in manually. If you use a drill driver to screw then you probably want to make sure that you keep the torque setting low. I can see how using a high torque setting could break the screw or handle.

The screws are too large
I received my handles today and found that the screws that come with them are too big for my cabinets. While they do send you two sets of screws for each handle, both sizes were too large. Fortunately, I have an entire pack of screw spacers in my garage I can use to keep the handles tight and flush with the cabinet doors, but if I didn't, I'd either have to go buy smaller length screws or do without. The handles feel somewhat flimsy as well, and I'm wondering just how long they're going to last. They feel like they're made of cheap plastic, but I have no clue what they're really made of.If you have standard kitchen cabinets and really want these handles, head on out to the hardware store and buy smaller length screws, you'll need them. Either do that, or get a pack of screw spacers which add extra space between the screw and the cabinet on the back of the cabinet door.I'm not going to say I don't recommend these, but I shouldn't have to use more of my own hardware when I paid for working hardware with my order.

These are Not solid, 1.5 ounces
I needed 31. Bought this box plus 1 at the store. The one from store weighs 4.8oz. Each. The ones in Amazon box weigh 1.5oz. Each.I misread the details. I saw the weight 3.80, but failed to realize it was pounds, for the whole box of 30! Had I not misread, and did the math ......Significant other says we should try them, that it will be less weight hanging on the cabinet doors. I guess that is what we will do.Update: it broke as I screwed it in! Need to return after all.
