When the delivery person dropped off the package, I asked if that is all?? It turned out all the pieces could pack into ine 4x3 ft box - Amazing! The product quality is quite good and shall last a long time in our gazebo. When it comes to assemble the set, you basically have to read between the lines in the instruction, since there are not much words.I managed to put together the whole set in a couple hours, and majority of the time trying to put together the first swirl chair. Afterward, it was smooth sailing. Let me provide two helpful hints, as I can assure you that all holes ought to align perfectly. 1) Do "not" fully tighten all the nuts when you screw them up, as you need wiggle room to fit all the furniture pieces together. Once you have fit all the screws in, tighten them up! 2) The swirl chair back panel actually was kind of a tricky piece to put together. The trick or the proper way to put that swirl chair back panel is to have the finishing side facing out, such that you can look at the finish side if you are standing far behind. Now - the bench is actually different with the finish side facing forward...As mentioned, good value actually can come in small package but will require some assemble time. The materials are very sturdy and well built. The cushions are very comfy too. I hope the you will enjoy the set, like my family!

The chairs were really hard to put together and some of the bolt holes did not line up as they should have. My husband is very handy and still had a hard time with this set. After he modified the areas that were not correct per the instructions, the chairs were fine. As for the fabric, the buttons on the cushions have all already fallen off which is no big deal really but for not using the furniture that much I wouldn't have expected it to be so shoddy.

The first time I received my patio set, it was missing all four legs of the coffee table. Northern Leisure was very attentive and helpful with my concern. They sent me exactly what I needed and made sure all the concerns were resolved. In terms of the patio set, all of the seats are comfortable to sit in. I love the convenience of the 360 swivel chair and the coffee table looks modern and simple. I like that the patio set is not all wicker material. As much as I like green, I wish they had other colors to choose from. Overall, I am one satisfied customer!

This furniture is well-made and sturdy, but it is difficult to put together, because the holes are difficult to line up. However, it still gets 5 stars, because the seller was very helpful in ensuring its prompt delivery when the initial delivery attempt went to the wrong address. The response of the seller was effective and quite courteous. We are quite pleased.

I actually got this set at Walmart and was able to get the cushions in red for $449.00+ $10 shipping. They also sell it in the green color for $499.00. It's advertised on Walmart as ""Providence 4 piece conversation set." I love the look of this set. It's comfortable and I really enjoy that the chairs swivel and rock. My only complaint about this set is that it was absolutely horrible to put together. My husband who is very handy said it was the worst thing he has put together. It was mainly the issue with things not lining up to screw in. He actually had to drill in his own hole to be able to put one of the swivel chairs together. If you don't mind that it can be a real pain to put together I say go for it because for the price at Walmart it's a good looking, comfortable set.
