This is THE BEST office chair I have ever owned! it is very wide, strong, comfortable, and was quite easy to assemble. I also really like the adjustable tilt resistance knob AND the adjustable armrests. I am a BIG guy (6'2", 350 lbs.) and this chair suits me perfectly! Highly recommend this chair to ANY large-frame folks in-need of a good, sturdy, and reliable office chair. I am anticipating MANY years of use from this chair - it seems quite tough and robust. This thing was SO easy to put together! 35 minute set up for this non-mechanically inclined chick. Instructions clear and easy. All pieces included, despite some rough handling in travel. I've been searching for a chair that will stand up to the huge amount of use I put into these chairs. I work at a desk and hobby at a desk, so a rugged chair is necessary. Figured the heavy-duty big and tall option was the way to go. Upon assembly, the seating seems solid and is comfortable. The bolts are secure and the base is large and sturdy. The seat back is a little short, I miss the back of my old chair hugging me, and being able to rest my head back, but this wasn't entirely unexpected. It's a short back, and I measured it with that expectation. My one concern is the fabric, which seems a bit flimsy (it's thin and gathers off the foam cushion rather easily), but time will tell as to how this stands up. Got the optional 3-year warranty in that event. We'll see how it works out.

I read the reviews on this chair with some skepticism. I weigh over 325 and wanted a solid chair with great support. This was it! I like the arms that easily adjust to different heights. The chair had no problem holding my weight. The rollers move easily on the floor. The height adjustment had good range. It does not slip and worked perfectly. This was the easiest assembly of any chair, desk etc. I have ordered. The diagram is easy to understand. The screws are numbered on the diagram and sealed in numbered compartments so they are easy to identify. The parts are clearly labeled: Front" "Left" "Right". A hex wrench is included and assembly was fast-about 20 minutes during commercials. Very comfortable to sit in and very good support. I can lean back and it does not feel like it is going to flip. The chair smelled like a new car -there was no off-gassing or bad smell. It was made in China. Finally-someone figured out how to make assembly easy. We have all had those translated instructions with poor drawings and a bag of screws that look the same but vary slightly. This chair was well worth the money. Delivery was exceptionally fast.

UPDATE 6/21/19: Can't stand this chair. It keeps lowering on me, and then I have to get up and raise it up again with the lever. Happens every 15 minutes or so, for the last 4-5 months. Very frustrating. Can't wait to get a replacement and throw this chair out...or set it on fire.*******************************************Received with 1 broken part. Called company and they sent out a replacement part immediately. Chair is good quality. Very, very sturdy. I'm not crazy about the fabric but can't complain. Overall, great chair at a reasonable price, very easy to assemble, excellent customer service from Flash Furniture.

Great office chair. The design is heavy duty and delivers quality as well as comfort. Well worth the price. The base is made out of metal and the adjustable hydraulic lift will not break through the base at all like many others that give false advertisement and give the appearance of metal bases that can withstand the weight and the test of time. I like the fabric clothe because it allows the fabric to breath and dissipates the body heat to prevent sweating like all vinyl and even leather seats and back rests that cause sweating. That is why I chose this office chair for all the right reasons.

I bought this same, well nearly the same, Flash chair about 10 or more years ago, and it felt much sturdier. The fabric on the new one is rough and irritates my skin, and I'm still using my wheelchair in the kitchen a lot which is what I bought the office chair for.Something about it just doesn't feel as stable, and I'm afraid of falling.I'm trying to work with it.We'll see.Sherry Pearson

I loved this chair. It was comfortable during the hours that I spent in it for work and gaming. However, the chair does not maintain its height anymore. After 10 months it began sinking slowly. Now it sinks almost immediately. It does not stay up anymore. I sought product help via Amazon's automated system and was forwarded to the manufacturer's website. I filled in a request for help ticket, but have not heard back from the manufacturer after one week. I tried again today. Hopefully someone will reply soon. Otherwise, I am left without support and cannot recommend the product or the manufacturer again.

Die Polsterung an den Armlehnen oben klappern und unterhalb knarrt es, weswegen ich schon zwei mal unter dem Stuhl die Schrauben nachziehen musste, aber schlimmer noch man kann sie nicht auf gleicher Höhe positionieren. Wenn man auf diesem Bürostuhl sitzt und sich dreht, quietscht es und ich habe noch nicht die Stelle gefunden wo es diese Geräusche macht. Die Rollen haben keine automatischen Bremsen. Das einzig gute ist die Polsterung der Sitzfläche und Rückenlehne – die ist wirklich üppig. Ich wiege 82 Kg und bin gespannt wie lange die Polsterung in diesem guten Zustand bleibt. Den Stuhl habe ich vor 2 Wochen hier für 233,- € gekauft, finde ihn aber auf Grund der relativ schlechten China-Qualität zu teuer. Ich würde gerne mehr ausgeben für einen wirklich qualitativ guten Bürostuhl aus der EU oder USA.
