Honey contains no artificial ingredients or additional liquids, they all test with an indefinite/non-expiring shelf-life. The whipped honey is already crystalized so we suggest you keep it in a cabinet, pantry or on a counter. Please don't keep the whipped honey in a very warm spot (like next to the stove or in the sun) as the heat will de-crystalize the honey, turning it back into a liquid honey. If that happens, you can put it in the refrigerator until it firms back up.
