Gold's Gym Waist Trimmer Belt

I blew out my back discs so a lot of stomach exercises hurt .. I started using this every time I went to gym and slimmed down my waistline enough for me to be satisfied. When I take it off it’s soaked . Thumbs up

This sucker works well but once I cinch it in the Velcro is wider than the part that’s wrapped around me so the Velcro rubs agains my skin and it really hurts. Other than that it works well and I would keep using it.I just make sure my sports bra is under the rough part so it doesn’t chew me up

I’ve been using this since the beginning of my weightloss journey and never go without it since!Definitely notice significant results when I do use this compared to when I don’t. I shed a lot of water weight where I tend to bloat which is in my waist so it helps maintain a flat tummy. But as most people will tell you, you have to eat relatively healthy / workout consistently to see results.

Bought one of these years agoadhd jus recently the it out. I like this one most because the material isnt overly thick (meaning it wont show or make you look any bigger under the right clothing.) Its comfy to wear all day while i work or do sports (free tip: use vaseline with this. Vaseline makes you sweat even more, you'll end up rolling the bottom up and sweat will literally drip/pour off of you) only thing i have never liked is the velvro is as wide as the band which can end up scratching/irritating you (i cut the corners off my last one) this def helps you sweat some inches off with cardio exercise

I like this belt but it's not as wide as I would have expected. I've had a Gold's Gym belt in the past that had more coverage and I was hoping this would be the same. The belt still gets the job done but it rides up a little more because it's not as wide. I also wish the velcro would slightly taper at the end so that it doesn't go over the edge of the belt and snag my nylon/polyester workout clothes.

Bought this for my little one with SPD after being recommended by her OT to help her sit in class as it gives her a gentle hug while wearing it. Not just a waist trainer y’all! However if I was reviewing for personal use I’d say it doesn’t fit plus size 3x, and the material quality is about what you’d expect at this price.

I usually purchase this item from walmart but lately its always sold out, I guess everyone realize how good it is for the buck, paying the shipping was worth it because it does the job, I wear it when working out, it always gives me a good sweat in the mid section, it truely helps with slimming the midsection if you use it faithfully, I bought other items for more money but they never do the job like this item, You cant go wrong worth the price and does what its suppose to do, I have to problem with the material.

This product doesn’t last long after couple months the interior material begins to break off. It’s not worth your money. I reject buying it. When I wanted to return it to get a refund the returned day was already pass.

If you are looking for a sweat belt that comfortable this is the one. Helps you generate sweat in the midsection and super comfortable.
