Worst product, worst and horrible after sales support
Bought it in November 2024, didn't unpack for a month due to busy schedule by that time return window had closed. When unpacked in December realised that knobs are not working properly, one has screw come out and stuck making the knob defunct. I have been calling customer support without any response for so many days. They always put the call on voice messages which noone listens, there is no call back at all. Following up on WhatsApp as well, do not get any answers, once in a while got responses like share invoice, confirm address, share alternate number ,vi have been asking for repair schedule and technician number but they do not share.I would never recommend to buy Milton gas stove,this brand is good enough for water bottles only.
