*item received free for an unbiased reviewThe cooks in this house love this spatula.Everyone uses it for all sorts of foods like pancakes, fish, omelets, you name it we have tried it with this one.I like that is it not metal since I do not have any pans that we can use metal on.I originally wanted to review this for my fish since often times when using my other spatulasthe fish would not flip but more like a flop especially onto the plate and just not look so nice.This has been a wonderful tool to have for daily use.Easy to clean up yes it is dishwasher safe and heat safe up to 400 degrees though we prefer to hand wash sinceit is the go to spatula that is always being reached for.One thing tthat is great about this company too is they back their products with a 100% Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee.I received this item free for an honest review.

Great. My husband loves to fish
Great. My husband loves to fish, so we eat a lot of fish fillets and when we go to flip it, it sometimes break but since this is longer. It fits the fillet better making it easier to flip. Good idea!

A hideous color!
I use this for rolling tamago omelets in the pan, and it works extremely well for that. The color of the handle, however, is a shudderingly hideous shade of untanned Caucasian flesh. I have NF idea who decided that was the color it should be, but this will end up in a drawer and NEVER in plain sight!
