If you pronate, these are great and the price is unbeatable.I'm neutral so it's making me supinate slightly but great support and fine for office shoes. These are not something I can workout, walk, jog, or even garden in. But that's just me.If you supinate... don't get. Great product but not for you.

I have flat feet and suffer from plantar fascitis. Theres a point when i cant even walk for more than 100m without feeling pain because i suffer from shin splints too. Doctor recommended to use shoe insoles with arch support.Ive been using these inserts for weeks now and ive started to feel less pain when i walk or jump. Somehow the way i walk have changed too because i used to eat the outer part of the show while walking but now seems like its sort of corrected.Its hard to use them if youve never used insoles and you have flat feet, but rest asured the uncomfortable pain will be over soon and then you wont practically notice the insole in your shoe.Be wary to cut the tip of the insole to the size of your shoes insoles, remove these and then insert the new ones.Material looks pretty durable too and im even thinking about buying another one so i dont have to swap them everyday from one show to the other.

I had high hopes for these due to the great reviews. I won't rehash all the reasons I now need orthotic inserts. Just know that I need them. And, I've tried several. The pro-foot ones work well, but seem to break down fairly quickly and need replacing. So, I tried these. As it happens, I also put them into a new pair of shoes. So, right away I noticed that there was a creaking, popping noise when I walked. It was embarrassing. At first, I thought it was the shoes since I had never had this happen with any of the other inserts. And, I thought they might just need to be broken in. So, I dealt with this weird, embarrassing noise for a couple of weeks. Finally, I had enough and decided to move these inserts into an older pair of shoes I had. Guess what! The noise wasn't because of the shoes. It was the inserts. These inserts are sort of hard anyway. I am going back to the pro-foot inserts.

Over the years I have worn many types of orthotics for my very flat feet. Some were custom made, but did not stay in the right place under my foot. Some were specific for the pressure points of my feet but wore through rather quickly. Some were much more expensive. I am glad I gave these a try. I have been wearing these Easyfeet insoles constantly, every day since December 2019, in my sturdy New Balance shoes, and they still look nearly new and give good support. When I wore an older pair with other orthotics for gardening, I quickly noticed how tired my feet were and changed to the "good" pair for the rest of the day. So I got the old gardening shoes re-heeled and am ordering more insoles for them and a dressy pair.

I started running and was experiencing lower interior knee pain. I thought it was because it had been awhile and was icing my knee and taking ibuprofen 4x a day. Symptoms got a little better but each run it seemed to get worse. I was researching insoles for my wife for plantar fasciitis and found these. Decided they may help with my pain. I wore these running for the first time they say they arrived and no pain. Been wearing them in both my everyday shoes and running shoes since and absolutely no pain has come back and I don’t need to ice or take ibuprofen. The interesting thing was when I first put these in my right arch could really feel the insert to where it was slightly uncomfortable. Coincidentally that is the same side where I was having the knee pain. Wore them a few hours the first day and longer the next until my feet got used to the extra support. All I can say is these worked amazingly well. I would highly recommend them. I have also had hip pain, same side that has abated significantly. They really did work for me and are very well made. Bought a pair for my son, who has super high arches, he felt the same arch discomfort on his bad knee side and his knee pain has disappeared as well. He should have been wearing supporting insoles per his podiatrist anyway. Big believer and these don’t squeak on him like his super feet insoles did. They did squeak a little for the first three days but that has since gone away.

The insole is outstanding. Not only is the arch support firm cushioned and offers a wide foot solid arch support (I need). I've been buying these insoles for a few years especially while working in the ER and coaching soccer I'm on my feet a lot and desire an insole that will hold up and offer comfort, pain relief, and heel-to-toe support. This is outstanding.

I do lots of walking in the warehouse at work and use to get really sore feet, thought I would give these a try and glad I did, they work great and very comfortable and no more sore feet.

I have some decent stability running shows (Asics gel kayano), but these insoles totally enhanced the experience. I do 10k+ runs 2-3 times a week, and these insoles reduced the strain on my foot, allowed me to run longer. I ll be getting another one, and I plan to swap the insole of every shoe I get with these. Very happy with the purchase!

I have two pairs of these runners they are very comfortable and help control the pain in my feet due to plantar factious. The color selection when available is also great!

Good strong support for my feet.

I am buying these for all my favourite shoes and boots because they are working for me, I have very flat feet and need decent arch support to reduce the stress on my feet, ankles, knees and hips.I bought a pair and fitted them into my walking boots that had become almost too painful to use. The strong arch support and heel cushioning seem to have made a significant difference. I enjoy walking but had pushed myself too hard, injuring my plainer, it was looking like I would have to stop walking far for a few months.These insoles are fantastic value compared to the cost of their equivalent in the shops. Buy a pair and you can get a discount on a second so that more of your footwear can become comfortable again.I have searched around for equivalent products, they are all far more expensive and don't look as good.These are Great value my honest advice is to try a pair, they really help.
