The fabric has a gloss
Very very nice! Light and wonderful! One thing to know before you order -- the fabric has a glossy finish. I had wanted the fabric to be dull black, and I thought the shine in the picture was because they used a bright flash to take the picture.

Form-fitting, light-weight jacket
The jacket fits very well. It is light weight and does not add much bulk. It also restores its loft quickly. One can quicken that restoration by shaking the jacket. I wear the down jacket under an eVent jacket. Together, they provide excellent warm on a damp winter day, as the eVent jacket blocks the wind and keeps moisture out.

Super lightweight and packs into its own mall carry sack
Other than the left hand zipper,coat is as advertized! Super lightweight and packs into its own mall carry sack,extremely warm for the weight of coat. Makes outstanding layer for frigid temps or by itself on just cold days.Wish I had a couple more!!
