These are a good product. Wish I had paid more attention to the reviews that they are a bit small for pot pie. Will give it a try this thanksgiving with leftover turkey pot pie and repost.

I used to make chicken pot pie with a 9" pie dish but it is way too much for a family of two. These pie dishes are very good for making individual pies. I would say 4 of these pie dishes equal to the size of one 9" pie dish. They give me the flexibility that I don't have to bake all of the pies at the same time. It is always tastier when it is freshly out of the oven than reheat it in the microwave.

These are great, a little too shallow for mini pot pies, but they are cheap, sturdy, and stackable. shipping was really quick as well
