Caffeine Pills, Alternative to an Energy Drink, Energy Gel or Energy Gummies, All-Natural Energy Supplements, Energy Pills with Elderberry

These are perfect for me, but it looks like they don't help as much for others. They give me the right amount of energy with no jitters and very little comedown. I take 2 in the morning as needed, then maybe another 2 in the afternoon. They're not very strong, but that's not what I'm looking for. They alleviate tiredness without making me feel like I took caffeine pills. I'd suggest taking 3 on a day you're really needing a boost.

Easy to swallow in early am. Energy rises slowly over the day. I don't take this after 2pm to ensure I can get to sleep by 10pm

Work outs stuff gets you going

Not only did I not get any of the energy I was hoping for, they kind of smell bad. It did nothing. I tried them for a month, but nothing. Wouldn't waste my money.

These are great for an extra little pick me up. I am one of those people that will grab a 5 hour energy at the gas station when I need a little boost, but these things gave me the jitters really bad. I mean I would take half the recommended dosage and still feel shaking and felt like my heart would skip a beat here and there. I am not okay with that. I am giving it a 3 star review because even though it had the adverse affect on me doesnt mean it will for you. All in all it did what I needed it to do and gave me the extra boost i needed to get through the day.

Way less calories and infinitely cheaper, too. Nice and strong but not crazy like some of the stronger drinks.I dont drink a lot of caffeine so the 50mg slow release in this is literally perfect. If you are trying to lower your caffeine intake I could see these helping as it is WAY lower than some of the drinks like xdurance.
