Broil KingPremium Grill Cover - 51-IN

Made in China
I purchased a Broil King grill because they are one of the few made in North America... I was incredibly disapointed upon seeing that Broil King's grill covers are made in China. Had I known this I would have not purchased it.The cover itself appears to be durable but the fit is a bit loose. There are some velcro straps to tighten the bottom of the cover but I feel like a draw cord or longer straps would have been better.

Does not keep grill dry *EDITED*
I've had the 68487 Heavy Duty PVC Polyester Grill Cover for a week now. We had 1.25 inch of rain yesterday. I took the cover off this morning and the grill was soaked. Even inside of the cabinet of the Baron 440 was soaked. My previous grill, an old Thermos brand, had a cheap big box store generic cover that kept the Thermos grill dry for years.I SUBSEQUENTLY SPRAYED THE COVER WITH A SILICONE KEEP-DRY PRODUCT AND IT HAS PERFORMED FLAWLESSLY. Bumped it up to 4 stars because it is a heavy duty cover.

Great first impression
Nice "looking" quality built cover. We'll see how it holds up to the weather. My grill does NOT stay out all winter, only during the grilling season. My complaint is not with this cover; rather I wish that they made a cover that fits the Broil King Baron 320 with the side shelves folded down! That would be nice since it's more compact and easier to stow out of the way. But they don't!

Nice cover - poor handles
I like the cover - it fits well and is made of fairly heavy material BUT one of the handles just detached from the fabric after only 6 months. The handle is in full sun light which is pretty intense in Arizona but I did not expect the fabric used to attach the handle to simply disintegrate in the heat so quickly.Update:I received a replacement cover after filing a warranty claim and OMC were quick to respond. However, the same issue has occurred again - in less than 6 months, the fabric that is used for the handle has basically disintegrated. This is only happening to the handle that is in the sun but I am disappointed in OMC for using material that will not stand up to the sun. I love the cover and it fits very nicely over my BBQ. Fortunately, my wife is a good seamstress and she is gong to replace the fabric with something that she knows will take the Arizona sun.I am leaving my review as three stars - the cover fits very nicely but if you live in a very sunny climate, be warned that the handles will come off if left in full sun.

OEM Fitment is worth the cost
When you invest in a broil king grill, you really need a cover that fits wellI have had this grill since 2011 and its my 3rd cover. I live on the coast mid atlantic and the sun beats on it all dayI of course wish that it would last a bit longer but honestly these are about the worst conditions for a cover.its a high grade material, not a cheap plastic/vinyl and it will keep working likely for another 5 years... the previous cover made it though 2 hurricanes as well

Quality all around
Out of all the grill covers I’ve purchase this is probably by far one of the most if not the most sturdy and durable. fairly heavy weight as a whole the handles are very sturdy, sewn into the PVC fabric almost has a rubber like feel to the cover. Not cheap feeling at all.

Tough material, snug fit, and the handles are a HUGE help
I purchased this to protect my Imperial XL grill, and this is one of those instances where you get what you pay for. The cover is a bit pricey, but it is very well made and fits the grill perfectly. The polyester is thick and so far has shown no tendency tear, and the seams are strong as well. The handles really do make the cover easier to get on and off. My previous grill was a Weber, and finagling its cover on or off always felt like a wrestling match. Not so with this one.Yes, it's a little pricey, but so is the grill. If you're looking at this cover, presumably you spent over $2000 on a nice grill (or are considering doing so), so why not purchase a quality cover to protect it?

You Get What You Pay For!!!
This could be one of the best grill covers I have ever purchased. And, I have purchased quite a few because most just don't last. This cover is durable yet flexible. It has two sturdy handles on the top sides for ease of removing the cover from your grill. The thing that I really love about this cover is that it has maintained it's color. It's deep black and has not faded. I held off writing a review until I could see how it performed. It's been over a year and the color is still great along with every other feature of this cover. I would definitely spend the additional money to buy this again if I needed a good cover. Thanks for offering it.

Pricey but worth it.
Pricey, but it is well made and easy to put on an off. Good product, and even though a bit pricey, I feel it is value for money. You get what you pay for.

The previous BBQ cover I had was a the most expensive heavy duty universal grill cover I could find at my local big box hardware store. It lasted through 5 solid Canadian winters. Unfortunately, it was all covered in Gorilla Tape that I used to patch up tears, holes, and cracks throughout the years and it was time to finally replace it. I bought the Broil King 68491 cover for my Baron S590. I was a bit worried at first because my BBQ was not listed as one of the BBQs that this was designed to fit. But the dimensions checked out and it fit like a glove! Like other reviewers, I was very surprised at how heavy duty this thing actually was. Almost feels like it's made out of rubber actually. It hasn't gone through a Canadian winter yet, but I can't imagine this thing whipping in the wind or flying off of my grill anytime soon. One thing to note though is that the BBQ cover is only secured by two small pieces of velcro at the bottom. A little tricky to get to as you have to crouch down under the side panels. I'm used to seeing a buckle or large strip of velcro, but maybe that's because I've been using universal grill covers too. Minor gripe for a very good quality grill cover.
