We were quoted $1200 to replace our awning. They were charging $150 for each person (2) to travel 10 minutes from their store to our camp ground to install. Plus, the cost of the awning (and 6-8 weeks for it to be delivered) and hourly labor. Our camp neighbors saw my husband and I measuring the old awning and offered to install if we found one on Amazon we liked. We bought this one, it arrived in a couple of days and took 3 people less than 90 minutes to remove the old and install the new. We couldn't ask for a better awning after saving darn near $1000. The new awning looks great and has held up well considering the storms that have come though recently. Very pleased with this purchase.

Was nice and heavy duty and easy to install

It fit pretty well into my Carefree awning well. Used some silicone lubricant to slide into slots. Material is nice and thick the reason for 4 stars was when I was unfolding awning, I thought there was paint drips all over it and was like what the heck is all over this. See picture. Looking closer at photos on Amazon, I do see spots like this. It dosent make sense to me why, because it just looks like somebody made a mess on it. Aside from that I expect it will last awhile.

We already had experience with replacing an awning, but still needed to watch a You Tube tutorial. It's tricky!! Must have 2 people at least and have some tools.The quality is great! We love it. Fits according to the measurements given. We've had it 3 years and it looks like new.

This is a great replacement awning. Easy to install and the fabric material was of good quality. We would recommend this to anyone looking to replace a worn out awning. We are in our 60's and had no problem installing it. Lot's of videos on YouTube to learn how to do this.

The awning fabric on our 11 year old travel trailer had taken a beating after being stored for several years at our membership campground, being used infrequently and parked with the entry doors and awning facing the southern sky. Bad news, as over time UV rays and weather will destroy practically everything. I had never replaced awning fabric or hardware, but I know which end of a hammer is the business end, and after attending the University of YouTube, I was confident that I could get this done. After measuring the fabric (correctly), I placed my order and was amazed when the new fabric was on my doorstep two days later. The 19' fabric was 18'2", just as I expected, and was folded two or three times lengthwise, fitting into a box probably four feet long. The fabric itself is at least as thick, if not thicker than the Dometic power awning that had been on the trailer since we purchased it new in 2012.I managed to replace the fabric by myself, at the campground but it took six hours, and as many have mentioned, a second person to help guide the unwieldy fabric into the top channel at the roof would have been very helpful. Many of the complaints here are almost certainly due to user error, but to be fair, a lot of RV components seem to have been designed almost as an afterthought. Why does the roller tube have end caps that are riveted on, without openings for the fabric grooves? It's possible because there is an opening to allow lights or other accessories to be slid into the third channel. It's just a lazy, cheap design that allows for a few end caps to work with every roller tube around.Time will tell how long this fabric lasts, but for the couple hundred dollars I spent, it seems to be well worth it. I may need to make a few more adjustments to get rid of some wrinkles, but I'm happy with the product so far!

This awning fabric looks even better on our camper then the OEM one. Has little color speckles which ads to the beauty. Very nice quality as well! Ordered the 24' and fit perfectly. Customer service is very accommodating also! Highly recommend 😊

J'avais des doutes mais je l'ai commandé quand même me disant que je la vérifierais avant d'enlever la vielle et la retournerais si ce n'était pas comme promis. C'est ce que j'ai fait en la déroulant sur le gazon avant et j'ai été vraiment content de la qualité du matériaux et des couleurs. On a tout de suite enlevé la vielle et installer la nouvelle toile. On a déjà fait ça et avec l'expérience on a une bonne méthode. On l'a instalé en moins d'une heure Ma conjointe et moi. Le plus difficile étant toujours de la glisser dans la glissière sur le motorisé à cause de sa dimension de 20 pieds de long. Pour la glisser sur le rouleau c'est sans problème au niveau du sol c'est facile et elle glisse biens. On a ttend la prochaine journée de soleil pour pouvoir bien la tendre et la verrouiller avec des vis de chaque côté sur les glissières pour quelle rest bien étirée.

Wasn't expecting the speckles all over it. The awning fits perfectly and saved tones of money.Super easy to install.Was a thinner awning that what came off but time will tell to see how it withstands the test of time.Customer service was great and fast.

Bought and installed myself, was a smooth easy install, appears to be good quality, time will tell after the summer and a cold Canadian winter.

I give 4 stars as the material that holds the cords that you attach to the trailer could be stronger. Very fragile watch your sharp edges.Wise otherwise perfect fit same as the last one. Easy to do. I recommend it.
