Unbelievably Short Pockets!
I have been buying this exact type of pants for at least ten years (usually buying four to six pairs per year). Unfortunately, my last order of these pants came with a very unpleasant surprise—Dockers has decided to save a few pennies by making both front pockets at least two inches shorter than before. Now, every time I move my cell phone falls out of one pocket, and my billfold falls out of the other. This is such a disappointment!

What happened to cotton?
I have been a huge fan of dockers dress pants for the last 10 years. However, I am suddenly finding it very difficult to locate 100% cotton pants. For some reason, many of the available pants and shorts seem to be made of a stretchy polyester blend material these days, Dockers pants included. I found the fit for the khakis to be great. However, the material feels ... well, like polyester stretch pants. I'll probably wear these until they get worn out, but will not be buying another pair.

Seam is pulling apart
Poor quality manufacturing. The seam straight up the middle back to the waist band was sewn improperly and started to split after the second time I wore them. They were fine, but a little bit loose which was okay. The second dayI wore them, I noticed the seam at the seat was opening up. The sewing was fine, but he material was splitting at the holes where the thread was holding the two panels together. I think the material is defective, because the seam itself is in tact. I tried to return them, but missed the cut off for returns by 10 days. I bought 4 pairs of Dockers at the same time and this is the only one that was defective. Don't know what else I do since the Amazon system doesn't let me return them after 30 days. They were delivered on January 8, I had them hemmed and pressed, and wore them 2 days. Now it's the 17th of February. I won't be buying any more Dockers on line. If I had gotten them at a store, I could at least take them back and show them for a replacement. Leg length was definitely short
I bought these. They looked fine, but the legs were short. I got out a tape measure. Sure enough, they measured 1.5 inches shorter than the length specified on the tag. Since there is no cuff, there is no way to lengthen them. So I returned them for a refund. If I order Dockers again (I've never bought Dockers before) I'll by with longer leg length than I actually wear. -- And by the way, I ordered another pair of Dockers at the same time, but a different style. Same problem. They were made with the leg inseam short by 1.5 inches. So I think this was npot just a random issue.

Cheap material - these have really gone downhill
I've been buying Dockers and wearing them every day for decades. This last batch is 50% polyester, and the drape is very poor. They are so thin! In addition, my wallet wore a hole in the seat in 6 months. Not recommended. This will be my last pair of Dockers. So long, and thanks for all the fish!

Durable, fasionable, and down right comfortable!
This review is for Dark Charcoal Heather color pants. While I expect the texture, comfort, and quality are otherwise the same, the looks could certainly vary. This particular color selection has a more casual than typical look to the pattern (denim-ish but barely), but not so much that it should discourage those who work in a professional environment. Rather than coming across as "unprofessional" they look "hip", "sleek" and "more expensive than pants I ordered for thirty dollars off the internet". (Actual quotes from those amazed by the awesomeness of my "ninja pants". Aptly named for their ability to not split at the crotch when one does a high kick.)These pants are amazing! They look great, they have an amazing soft, comfortable texture to them, and they are beyond comfortable. Imagine sitting in your office dressed in a professional looking pants all the while feeling as if you're wearing sweats laid out on the couch. That's the experience that these pants bring to the table! So far they've held up to wash without any signs of wear. They've quickly become the go-to pair of pants in my closet and the first ones I grab after the rotating thrice weekly laundry days. I've ordered several more pairs in other colors.

Very soft material, comfortable.
The material is very soft to the touch and the khaki material goes far enough inside the pocket that the white liner is barely noticeable when seated. My husband's favorite pants used to be Haggar Work to Weekend Hidden Expandable Waist, but when we ordered them recently, he noticed the liner in the pocket was white (not matching the color of the pants) and was very noticeable when sitting. Thus began the hunt for a new brand of expandable waist pants with pocket liners that were the same color as the pants, or at least not white and close to the pocket opening. As mentioned, these do have a white liner but with enough of the actual pants material going inside the pocket to make it barely noticeable. If this is important to you, another brand we just tried has a black liner which is much preferred over the white (Land's End Men's Comfort Waist) which also offers free hemming or cuffing in 1/4 inch increments.

Extremely Disappointed
The pictures here should say it all. I bought some 'Dockers Premium' D4 permanent crease, no-iron pants at Costco about 4 years ago. Those are on the right, 4 years and about 75 washes and dries later. I purchased these Dockers D4 permanent crease, no-iron pants here at Amazon last week. Those are on the left, ONE wear and ZERO washes later!!! The crease has completely disappeared!!! What a joke. Will never trust Dockers again.Incidentally, when you type "Dockers Premium D4 Flat Front" into the search bar at Amazon, these are what you get.For anyone who wishes to try to find the original D4 premium permanent crease version of this pant, good luck. They were made in Bangladesh and these are made in China. If you do happen to know where I can find some, please message me in comments. Thanks!

Comfort and a good fit!
Good quality fabric, comfort and a great fit - especially for men like me who are built with large legs. I bought 3 pairs, size 32. There is extra room at the waist if needed. The fit is looser thru the thigh, buttock and leg. I wear these to work, but would also wear them to dinner with a sweater or a sports jacket. The prices is exceptionally reasonable and the slacks arrived in less than a week. It's a bit risky for me to order pants online, but these did not disappoint!

Not a durable pant
I used to buy these from Sears and they were much better quality even only a year ago. The material used here is like a more elastic feel and less dense (thread count maybe) and while its soft on the skin and light weight it wears really fast. I've only worn these maybe 20 times since I bought them and there are some wear marks in the fabric. Its not horrible but the older version of the comfort Khaki was much more durable to wear 8 hours a day in a business casual office. I have a mesh chair at my desk and maybe that is the reason for the wearing but I've worn other brands and version of this same pant for years without any wearing. This needs to at least be a real khaki material to be decent. Watch out for the Amazon reviews I think a lot of people are way to happy with anything new and want to like products these days, its not realistic at all.

looks good at first
I have ordered similar pants from Dockers.Initially, the were dressy enough to pair with a jacket. Unfortunately, I washed them instead of dry cleaning them.In comparison to other pants from Dockers, these pants lost their crease and their "new look" quicker. I do not know how they would perform with special care.

These can't really be Dockers
Don't purchase these pants. My husband has been buying Dockers for 20+ years and never purchased "Dockers" like these. The fabric is terrible. After wearing these pants to the office and washing them in our machine, the material started pilling, ripping, and unraveling. The stitching is very poor. The pants don't fit properly, with bagging in strange places. Our conclusion is that these pants are not real Dockers, or Dockers are suddenly making horrible, unwearable clothes. We sure hope it's the former.
