I bought this for a camping trip later this summer. So far I've tested it out twice, once for my own shower and once to give my dog a shower in the back yard. It takes less then 3 hours to heat it the water up over 100 degrees. It seems strong and durable. The hose is a little longer than some of the cheaper units. The nozzle is nice in that you can either squeeze the handle to start the flow, or flip the handle to keep it flowing without having to hold it. Very easy to control. When I showered myself, I used less than 2 gallons of water; the flow rate is pretty slow but is sufficient and provides a longer shower. To me the big advantage of this product is that the water has no plastic smell, as you would expect with water heating for hours in a pvc bag, which is what all other solar shower units are. Be aware that water pressure is a function of the height difference between the top of the water and the nozzle, so to get the best pressure, the hose should hang down its full length.

Amazon’s prime delivery failed this time. Lead time as long as 3 weeks, so upset. For the bag itself, I was expecting to see GOOD products rather than those green cheap flimsy replicas when searching “camp shower” on Amazon. After more than 5 purchases(I used to own a small black shower bag bought from REI, a Coleman shower, a Sea-to-Summit one, and the AE best seller)over the years I realized a product like this always end up leaking (defects, accidents…). To be honest I don’t think this one will survive (but given the good first impression hopefully it will last longer). What makes this one special? the quality of its hose, fairly good material, and it is very well constructed overall. As I said, I give it 5 stars because, I’d like to see more unique, serious products on Amazon. Manufacturers are lazy that they just copy&paste, we the customers should never encourage that at all.

Loved it until the seem failed. Had for less than a year. I think itbcomes with a patch kit forbpin holes, this is something different.

Surprise! This bag warmed up the water so quickly. I left it on a picnic table for just a couple hours in the afternoon and the water warmed up significantly - feels like 120f…HOT! I have been using this shower bag for two weeks, but haven't tested it enough to comment on durability. For the price, if this lasted 2 years, I'd be happy to buy it and replace it with a new one every 2 years. Overall, this was a great buy and served it's purpose. I will definitely use it again when camping in August.

This thing is AMAZING. I have been off-roading when camping and usually covered in dirt by the end of the day. The water was so warm and it felt so good to wash my hair! It holds a lot of water so there was plenty left over.

We purchased this product on June 30, 2020 (today is August 10, 2020). It was exactly what we had been looking for--a safe plastic product + a spray nozzle at the end. The temperature gauge was a perfect addition. The bag carried easily and the plug on the front (where you fill the bag) was great, too. The measurement of water on the back--also a huge plus. Really, this is exactly the product we've been searching for for years...we were ecstatic to purchase and use this!Where this product failed, in a major way for us: the toggle for the hose and nozzle started leaking uncontrollably today. We have been SUPER gingerly with this product because we want it to last (we've had some inferior products for outdoor showers in the past, so we learned to be extremely careful with these products). As far as we can tell, there is no fix for this issue, so the bag now leaks horribly when the hose and nozzle are attached. I estimate that about a half gallon of water drains out per minute...it's a fast leak.Just really disappointed about this. Nearly $40 for a bag that is now useless and past the 30-day window for a return.

Best portable shower bag I've used. Over the course of 5 days out in the desert I got 3 good showers out of one fill-up. Heats up well, the hose and nozzle work fine. The bag is durable as well! I left it on a rock before heading out for mountain biking when I got back it apparently fell off and rolled down the hill running over a couple of bushes and landing up against a pine tree!!! Not a single leak!

I used on a week long camping trip and so happy with it. The material is durable, sooooo light weight. We use it to wash face, hand and dishes when tent camping. I wouldn't fill it all the way up for fear of making too heavy to hang up. Overall it seems like a quality product that will last, without any leaks. Just perfect.
