Treadmill is great. I am 6' 260 and running at 7 mph it doesn't budge.I would rank it close to a gym or fitness club structure level. One down fall is the dlwalking deck itself is a separate component from the control panel. If you incline the deck the control panel doesn't move. This does not allow you to hold on to the control panel like many people do at gyms when on a max incline. Other than that great machine so far. Currently only10 miles on it. Assembly was not very difficult. Be sure to wait until the end of assembly to tighten down all bolts and screws. This will help prevent stripping

I have had this machine for about 2 weeks and my entire family loves it. e did not want a treadmill that had a goofy display built-in because we had no use for it and generally the displays are garbage, The speed adjusts very quickly as does the incline. The treadmill is very comfortable and smooth. There is a little noise squeak that is occurring but I am not sure if i have to adjust the treadmill or not. I am not sure why there had been poor reviews regarding customer service or shipping because we had great service with Horizon Fedex was a little iffy but they managed to get what we needed. I highly recommend the AT7.8

I got this and had it delivered by Amazon, this was a nightmare from ordering. It was supposed to arrive before Christmas and was delayed, ok no problem. Then when it arrived the delivery guys who were contractors could barely lift it. The box was delivered half open making me wonder if they dropped it. After my husband assembled it I was using it and the treadmill almost flipped because the part that is underneath when you adjust the incline came apart. (this part comes pre-assembled from manufacturer) I tried to message them per Amazon and never got a reply. I ended up sending it back which was another nightmare.
