Final update: company did the right thing and offered me a full refund on the defective chairs. I will say that it started off rough but they came around in the end to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you.Update::: company NOT doing the right thing. Yes they said I can return but there is a catch. Must be disassembled. These chairs are defective. Chairs will not disassemble from base. Post literally just slips into base. Once they are in no matter what you do to pull the base from post it will not come apart. Watched YouTube videos on how to do it. It will not come apart no matter what I do or try. This seller then states you cannot return assembled merchandise. WHAT! So they send you merchandise that you clearly cannot take apart once it’s assembled and they put stipulation saying you can’t return assembled merchandise. Wow!!! If that’s not a trick to steal your money I don’t know what is! Buyer beware!!!! I repeat....BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! Only buy from Amazon as seller. DO NOT BUY FROM 3rd PARTY SELLERS ever!!! You will be sorry!!!! Believe me. I bought 3 of these chairs and they suck! Calling credit card to dispute as merchandise is clearly defective and they are trying to steal my money!****** Chairs look great and I had really high hopes. These chairs are so uncomfortable. It is terrible. The chairs are so hard. When you sit on it since it’s so hard you just slide forward. After using it for a few days the cushions are now deformed and squishing down at the front edge of chairs. When you sit you feel like you are falling forward. Contacted seller 4 days ago answered there questions then no more responses. Bought 3 of these chairs. Spent too much money to have uncomfortable useless chairs. This is so disappointing. Hoping company does right thing and refunds me for these chairs.

So I really don’t do a review but lately I’ve been doing a lot of shopping online and the reviews are very helpful in deciding whether you want to buy so it’s only fair that I add mine to help as well. I read a lot of the reviews saying that the chair was uncomfortable. Well to me it is comfortable, I mean I don’t know how much more comfortable you need to get in a barstool but it’s a lot more comfortable than the small circular regular barstools, and it hugs your body. The chair looks exactly as the picture and I love the material. It’s like a soft velvet plush kind of material. Not cheap looking. It makes your place look a lot nicer and also I love the swivel. That way you’re not constantly moving the bottom portion when u want to move, as it can mess up your hardwood floors, you can just turn around to see the TV or to talk to somebody. It was very easy to assemble. I did read the reviews where it said once you assemble it is hard to take it apart if you want to return it, so I tried to picture how it would look at my counter area and then I assembled it and thank God it worked out because I’m sure it would’ve been a hassle to return. First I bought two stools and then I felt like the bar needed one more so three total. They are a little pricey but I think it’s worth it if you want to make your place stand out a little more than with regular barstools. I love the gold accents on the bottom frame that’s kind of hard to find. Also chair is very sturdy and fast shipping. I think it blended very well with the style of my living room. Overall I am very happy with this purchase of these chairs I love them and would definitely highly recommend them. Hope this helps!

Beautiful blue color but not a dark navy nor is it as bright as a royal blue.Easy to Assemble in less than 5 minutes.Not overly heavy either so they can be easily moved.Hydraulic lift mechanism works well and does extend to 34” seat to floor. I needed stools extra tall because my bar is 43-45 inches from floor to counter top.

These chairs are absolutely beautiful. The most comfortable chair. Everyone who sits in it says they are so comfortable. So beauty plus comfort!!! Fabric has great scotch guard. Don’t be afraid of white fabric. I have 3 teenagers and they still look like new months later.

Super easy 4 screws, did it with my hands really and bam! Its up and it looks Gorgeous! I got the white high chair and gold stand! Yessss! Okay enjoy it's totally Chic, and Classy and worth every penny!!

I can’t see any that I don’t like. I love it. Color is spot on, it’s true white and fancy gold base. It’s the same as the shown model pictures. My almost teenager daughter loves the comfort this chair brings and the color.

I finally bought this chair for my vanity area. It came within 2 weeks. This chair is very nice, and it is very soft!! I do love the studs that outline the chair and I do love the tufted look to it. I am a little upset because I purchased a lot for this chair but when I assembled, it seemed a little cheap. After sitting on this chair for a few days, I started to feel like I was tilt forward. The front part of the chair, well the cushion sinks in and I feel like I’m tilt forward. This chair could also be more sturdy BUT I do love it and I am happy with it but I think the chair shouldn’t be that high of a price due to the quality.
