I bought a tub of this last weekend because I ran out of Muscle Milk Mass Gainer. I was hoping to pick up another mass gainer (Serious Mass), but they didn't carry it! Al the other mass gainers were about 70$ as well. So I settled for a protein powder. I'm naturally very lean, and somewhere in between a hard gainer and a mesomorph type body. I'm currently taking 4 servings a day mixed into 16 oz of milk (2serving). I couldn't be happier! I'm getting my necessary protein (300+ grams) much easier, and I'm not getting bloated. I'm making gains the same as before. Taste is great! Low calories is my only complaint, as I need about 5000 a day so this doesn't do to much in the way of that. Overall amazing protein powder!
