Very comfortable and supportive
I bought these for my dress boots whose insole stopped being comfortable. I cut these by using the old insert as a stencil. I was worried about cutting these expensive inserts in order to properly try them on, but I eventually did. I love the comfort and arch support. I was able to take a very long walk in a park in the boots and felt very comfortable.

Great support, yet soft.
I really like these inserts. I’ve tried a bunch of them, and these are my favorite. They provide really good arch support, but are soft, so it’s not that rigid hard plastic support that you get with some orthotics. I liked them so much, I recently bought a second pair for another pair of my trail running shoes.

Great high arch support
Perfect arch support for my feet. I have very high arches which cause pain no matter what shoes I buy but I found these to have helped alleviate my discomfort. Very easy to fit into my new sneakers. Very happy with this purchase.

Great fit
I use run pro in my Hoka tennis shoes. I put these in my golf shoes and I love them. I am going to start putting these in my Hoka's since I do not run in my tennis shoes, I just walk in them and I think the Golf Pro are more comfortable.

Currex RunPro should earn this award and A Plus for best comfort
I’m very impressed with the Currex RunPro Low Arch so far. It offers a light, flexible cushion that feels much softer compared to something like SuperFeet Black, which is more rigid and structured.Important tip for flat feet and overpronation: this insole works best in stability running shoes. That’s because Currex RunPro has a slightly softer, more flexible side structure, which can feel a bit loose or unsupported inside highly cushioned shoes. In those cases, it may not prevent overpronation as effectively. If you don’t have overpronation issues and just want light arch support, it can still work well in neutral running shoes — just be mindful of the overall shoe-insole combo.I personally use these in my Adidas Samba, Nike Dunk Low, and stability shoes, and they’ve made a noticeable improvement in comfort and support. I highly recommend bringing them to a running store and testing them in different shoes for a few minutes to make sure the feel is right for your needs. In short: excellent comfort and support — just make sure to match it with the right type of shoe.

Pricey but worth it in the end
I was having some feet issues: Pinky toe on both feet was getting blisters, every so often I would get a mild case of Plantar fasciitis. So with only internet knowledge, I would do less steps (skipping treadmill) if I started feeling pain in my heal until it goes away. For the pinky toes, I started buying wide shoes, then I even tried extra wide. I tried rubber toe things to go around my pinky toe, still having a problem.I looked up where in my area they had a digital foot measurer. Found out that I have a narrow foot and the wider I got my shoes, the more rubbing my pinky toe got. It also found my weight distribution was slightly off. Most should be on heal and toe area, but my arch area needed some support, so they recommended some insoles on brand new shoes, I thought insoles were for when your shoes were older. LOL After trying a few different styles, this brand was the ones I chose. I bought one for the new shoes in the store then came to amazon and bought the same exact style for my second pair of shoes, switch shoes every other day. I feel the difference, my left foot I can tell the arch is holding it up, my right foot technically doesn't need it, but to keep level, have it in, and it is still comfortable. All in all, if you haven't gone and gotten your feet digitally measured, I would recommend it, so you can find the right support for your body. From what I searched all the places had a free digital measure, and if you can also find where they video your walk that is a plus. Good luck, your feet are worth it as they are what keeps your knees and spine healthy in your olden years.
