Works great! I have a T-12 U shaped florescent in my Kitchen. I used 4 2ft. led's tubes to replace the old lamps. Had planned to use tumbstones on the unpowered end to hold the new led's in plac, there was not enough room. so I left the plastic protector caps on the unpowered end and set a very small plastic shelf/lip to rest the unpowered end of the led on. after sorting the wire configuration out. took some time... Had to find a standard wireing diagram of a 2 lamp U tube light to get the proper power to each led. Wow was it worth the work. a better light and less watts to get more light.

I Specifically bought this produce because it was powered from one end. The rewire was super simple (Youtube has plenty of video on this), and trashing the ballast felt great. The light is fairly warm and I figure I'll never have to replace them again.

These are the thing -- accept no substitutes. Warm White (most others are too blue and harsh) silent, efficient, compatible with old fluorescent fixtures after a little rewiring, The rewiring is carefully explained (overexplained, kinda) in the included directions-- you cut the ballast out of the circuit and connect the two live AC wires to two different-colored wires from one (either one) of the light anchors at the ends of the fixture. Requires pliers, maybe a wire-stripping tool and plastic twist-em wire connectors.
