Decent Glasses for the Price
I was getting headaches and saw some ads for blue light glasses that claimed to reduce headaches from fatigue caused by screen use. As I sometimes spend upwards of 60 hours a week using a computer at work alone, I thought I should give these a try. I didn't want to spend $80 to try some out and found these.I like the way these fit and look. I think these do reduce the screen use headaches, but the main problem I have found is glare. Even if I turn off overhead lights or wear a hat, when using a screen close to my face (like my cell phone) or have light coming in from windows, I can see the reflection of my eyes on the glasses. I can feel my eyes adjusting to work though the glare, like looking through a windshield that is glared, I don't know if this is a problem with all blue light glasses, but it is a weakness with the pair I have.

Good for taking blue light away
These glasses are really good at taking blue light away. They give a yellow tint to every screen when wearing them but that cancels out the blue light which is supposedly harmful to your eyes especially at night. The phone will automatically dim at night for that reason but these glasses are useful at all times of the day.
