I like them compared to those gel type you buy in the store. They gave alot more support and in a couple of days my pain in my knees had become less. Very Durably. Don't even know there in my shoes. One down fall i do some times have a squeak coming out of my shoes from them.

They do add support, they are a tad uncomfortable in my opinion but once you break them in they really arent bad!!

Okay, I HAVE TO review these.I am disabled with the worst feet imaginable.I have been prescribed and purchased at three expense of thousands of dollars of orthotic inserts, braces, etc.All with varying if any relief.THESE are worth their weight in gold!Yes, they are firm, but years of experience with different footwear and devices have taught me that a more solid platform , or shank, actually produce far more comfort and stability than do more flexible options.They’re easy to place, thin enough to simply slip into your shoes without even having to remove the insole first.They’re easy to customize with three levels of “lift,” if you will, for the arch. Take a few days and see which one offers you the greatest relief.They are every bit as supportive as the Aetrex posted orthotics and I think more comfortable.“As seen on TV” is usually a retail turn-off for me as I’ve tried other products, some listed under “orthotic” at Amazon which were horrible.Some real thought, expertise, and engineering went into the design of these and if they can make my horrible feet tolerate walking even a little bit better, then I can’t recommend them highly enough.My only regret? I have to wait to buy a back-up pair (pandemic economic blues!)Although I’m sure these will last years, I do want another pair in the event that this great product becomes discontinued in the future.To the manufacturer: well done!

I have a very low arch and have been successfully wearing similar OTC, firm, non-custom, orthotics for probably 30+ years. The older brand on TV work GREAT for me. Decided to try this brand. I sometimes wear a size 8 shoe, sometimes an 8.5. Sizing DOWN did not work at all -- my foot was thrown forward just a tad, but noticeable immediately, and I am sure that will affect my lower back. So, if you are in between sizes, definitely size up. For me, instead of exchanging for the next size up, I decided to return this product -- the orange inserts (3 choices for levels) will absolutely NOT snap in securely. Even got my handy/strong husband involved and he fussed a bit but could not get them to snap in place. This set was definitely defective. I will go back to my old brand based on that.

They feel very comfortable with good support. However the plastic insert tabs don’t fully engage thus making a clicking sound every step. If I stomp my heel, it’s fine for awhile but soon returns.Any suggestions?

I was seriously skeptical. For me, there are 3 things I do not go cheap on. 1) My mattress 2) My Pillows 3) Footwear. I guess my profession makes me the Baja proving grounds for this product.I am often on my feet all day. On asphalt and in all kinds of weather. At times doing a road Job. At the end of 8 hours of standing and often standing in one spot and flapping my arms all day for 8 hours directing traffic. My feet and my back are killing me at the end of the day. I came across an info-mercial for this product and said what the hell . I will give it a try.They Work and they work great. No more back pain no more aching feet at the end of the day. They work so great, I bought a second pair. today.and on 5/27/20, I ordered a 3rd pair. Need I say anymore. At $60 a pair, do the math. They honestly work. I however use the number 2 inserts . They work amazingly well. I highly recommend these.Semper Fi .

They do the job, but words to the wise- DO NOT wear them all day the first day! You’ll think: “I’m tough, I can handle a little discomfort!” Yeah. Right. They murdered my feet the first day. Doubled up socks the next day and only went a few hours. Kept working on it until it felt normal. They actually tell you to take it easy with them and get used to them. And I did not listen. I do have less foot/ankle pain using these so they actually do work. But trust me… Go slow for the first few days.

I had high hopes for these inserts as I suffer from low arches. They were ok in the beginning but over time developed cracks in the heels. They also slide forward when attempting to put my shoe on so I have to hold them in place when putting them on. For the price, not a good deal. Should not crack or move. I won’t buy them again

Después de 9 meses con fascitis plantar en pie izquierdo y haber consultado médico del deporte y recibido Rehabilitacion, no podía activarme de nuevo a hacer algún tipo de ejercicio mucho menos correr. [quien ha experimentado fascitis plantar, sabe qué hay mucho dolor, inactividad y mucha frustración buscando soluciones que no funcionan del todo]Al iniciar a usarlas sentí alivio total al 2 día y después de usarlas durante 2 semanas inicie a correr casi a diario.Al usar sandalias semi-rígidas, descanso mis pies a veces todo el fin de semana y no siento recaídas en la fascitis.Opuesto al descanso, uso las plantillas siempre, en todos mis tipos de calzado, tenis, zapato y botas.Las uso para toda actividad incluso para correr, aunque aún no he corrido alguna carrera larga como 21K, no estoy seguro de cómo se comporte la plantilla a ese nivel de entrenamiento.Espero esta reseña ayude de algo; para mi, estas plantillas fueron la solución total a mi problema.Saludos.
