US Jack's jack stands are just awesome. They look beautiful. I have bought TWO pairs of these and now I am falling in love with them. I cannot be happier to have and use them!Fast shipping. Delivered within two days. Arrived in perfect condition. Very carefully packaged and wrapped. Not a single paint chip at all.All welds were clean, even, and sufficient with good penetration, no porosity, no undercut!Under careful inspection after delivery, I could not find any spots of imperfection. 100% made in USA.Very well-made, inspiring my trust and confidence. Base is so wide (10 by 10) that these are very stable and there is virtually no chance of toppling when placed under a vehicle. The capacity of this item (3 ton) is per stand and not per pair, so these have actually double the weight capacity of most other brands.I have bought another two pairs of US Jack 6 ton stands also in order to replace all my pairs of inferior quality jack stands. If you go underneath a vehicle, do so only after you place it on a set of most trustworthy jack stands! Go Internet and check how many people are killed due to jack stand failure. Do not cheap out on jack stands.Folks, visit the Garage Journal and other places online and see how highly these are evaluated. Just buy these, and they will outlive you and serve and last for a long time. Again do not cheap out on safety equipment.

Wonderful jackstands that incorporate a wider stance for increased stability.The foot tolerances are tight enough that there's no gap when the stands are loaded.The locking mechanism uses two pins that hold the ratchet tightly...it takes a bit of getting used toin order to get the supports to lower, but that's alright with me.Considering anything remotely close in quality is less than 100$ difference in price, goingwith something truly American-made is a no brainer.

these are very stable due to their base width of 10''. Already hade a set of these for 20+ years will not trust many jacks that are much narrower at the base. I just wish these were not so expensive than many others BUT these are made in the (USA)

Just great. Stable and trustworthy. Like everyone else, I've used cheap jackstands before. I've also had a car slide on jack stands. The last time I was braking the rotors free on my car, the cheap jackstands gave a little crunching noise and the SUV creaked a little as it settled into a new position. I looked at my kids who were in the yard and swore never again.When it was it was time to change brakes on my wife's car I followed through and bought these. Couldn't be happier. Well made. Wide base and once they were set and had the weight of the car, they never moved, creaked or groaned, even when it took a 2 pound hammer to free the rotors.....I should really use more anti seize.

After watching a bunch of videos, reviews, and reading forums about weld quality issues with just about every reasonably priced jack stand, there was no way I was going to skimp in this department. I like my life and limbs. I have used them a couple of times already and they get the job done. I like the double locking pawls and release handle design. The only minor complaint I have is that the finish on two of the center posts is far more textured than the other two I have. I find that odd since I ordered all four at the same time and from the same source.

Made in USA. Yes, they are more expensive than the others, but I support Americans, not the Chinese.

Really good jack stands. I don't know if they are the best ever, but they are the best I have ever used.The finish quality is excellent in regards to the paint, but more importantly, feet on these stands are even. These stands did not come warped in anyway. I have had problems in the past with less expensive stands being asymmetrical or not welded properly, but not with this one.The sear on these stands has very positive engagement and is very difficult to accidentally release. I even had to work a little to lower the stand. This makes me feel much safer working with these stands.These are the only stands that are manufactured 90% or more in the USA. They are a very good price for what they are and I recommend them to anyone who regularly does car work at their home. If you don't care about them being made in USA, then consider the fact that they are more reliable than most Chinese made stands out there.
