Calf/Shin Cold Pack, Black

Very nice. I'm getting back into running and sometimes have soreness in my lower calf. This fits perfectly and stays in place if I'm moving around at all.

I've been using this almost daily for the last month (training for a marathon). Great product design, as it relates to the sleeve. However, the ice pack does not stay cold for very long. I can only get a good 20-25 minutes of use before it needs to be put back in the freezer for another few hours. My frame of reference for this comment is another product I purchased on Amazon, Knee Ice Pack Wrap By TheraPAQ, that stays cold for at least twice as long. Perhaps this other product is unusually great, and 20-25 minutes is normal. Anyway, I'm currently shopping for a better ice pack to go in this sleeve.

Love!!!! This ice sleeve actually helped my severe neuropathy/sciatica pain in my leg when nothing, not even surgery helped. Highly recommend!!!

Ice pack is too small and does not cover the entire calf. Looking at their quad sleeve for my calves instead

Only complaint is they don’t stay cold very long compared to other gel ice packs but otherwise we like them.

I use it for nerve issues in the shin and ankle. Nice fitting, extra strong velcro for adjusting size and very comfortable. Remarkably well made.

I like the fact that this sleeve has an insert I can reuse and that I can also use other inserts. I especially like the fact that once the sleeve is in place, I can even stand and walk to another part of the room without it falling off. This sleeve got me through a trip overseas when I tore my gastrocnemius muscle.

I ordered this after I popped my calf working out. It does what it says, but its concerning that the packaging says it is a "Medium", and fits up to 16" calves. I am a big guy (6'4", 265 lbs), and luckily it fits. There is no mention of the size in the product description, and no dropdown to choose a different size. If I had the option I would have ordered a large, just for the extra room.
