I’ve had a few and it’s hard to tell how long they’ll last. Had a very cheap one last for years, taking all sorts of abuse, but others break within 12 months . My most recent one had a retractable handle, which broke.Don’t make the same mistake I did: the wheels are not attached on delivery, and there are plastic caps protecting the ends of the shaft, which as another reviewer points out, need a good tug to remove. The wheels click on and do NOT need a lot of pressure to lock into place. There’s a spring under the round plastic cap, which you can see is missing on first pic: I applied way too much pressure.. The wheel did lock into place, but I could feel that the spring had lost its “spring” and the wheel cap felt loose. Sure enough on first outing, the cap came off, so nothing holding the wheel in place. This is most likely how it happens that people loose wheels on first outing – either the wheels are not clicked on properly (test this!), or too much pressure was applied and spring damaged. The wheels are durable enough for normal use, although the springs could maybe be more robust.But they will not take any rough handling during installation – once wheels are installed correctly, there should be no problems. So not a fault of the product, but user error, as so often. Luckily, the wheels from my previous trolley fit. However, am annoyed with myself, as these wheels are a lot quieter than my old trolley's.Overall, the trolley feels well made, with nice little details. The little bag hook on the handle is a nice touch, and there’s a Velcro strap on bottom, to hold the bag in place. The Velcro fastening at the top (and bottom) is only to hold the bag in place, not its main support, so it should not happen that the bag comes off. As you can see, the bag slots over the side poles, and it would be almost impossible for it to come off, even under very heavy load.I choose this model mainly for price and size, as most were 47 litre, which is plenty for most purposes. But this will hold one 10 kg sack of cat litter with plenty of space left for other shopping. This is the tallest trolley I’ve had, about 96 cm from top to bottom, including wheels. The bag material is smooth, has a slight sheen (black at least), is water-proof and seems durable. Usual zip pocket on back and a hard insert at the bottom of the bag. The flap has nothing holding it shut, as with many of these trolleys, so in wet, windy weather, it can blow open and the drawstring does not close fully, so shopping can get wet. But apart from this, and despite my issue with the wheel, I am happy with this and would recommend it.Edit:Have been using this at least a few times a week for 3 years now, including for larger and heavier items sometimes, that do not fit into the bag. And it's still in good condition, bag still looks and wheels still work well. Product now looks a bit different to mine, but think that's cosmetic.. Would definitely buy this again, although the price has gone up, but then so has everything else..

Got it for my daughter who says it’s good value for the price. It seems very sturdy and is easy to use. You have to pull the plastic covers off on the axels to fit the snap on wheels which should be pointed out as a hard yank is needed as I wasn’t sure whether they unscrewed?

Tons of space, definitely waterproof, affordable, does the job. I've used this many times now for shopping and it's just fantastic, I gave it 4 stars because some of its components seem a little cheaply made, though the main bag is pretty sturdy and very waterproof. The toggle broke but that was from pulling on it way too hard so I wouldn't blame the product. I would have liked some kind of fastening to hold down the flap over the opening but it isn't a real issue because underneath the bag is fastened with a drawstring. The flap's just to keep the rain off. I also like that there's a strip of reflective fabric for road saftey

I know this might sound odd but the sole reason I bought this was so I didn't have to break my back trying to carry 10 books when this carried double that. Like all book lovers moving house can my daunting especially when you don't want to ruin your books, I initially tried using boxes but even having 8 books heightened the weight by tenfold. Plus, it was back breaking to carry.I made the leap of faith and bought this, I did my research and well it was the best one I could find. It was very easy to put together, the instructions are picture-based and the overall sturdiness comes together when its all flushed out.The only downside to this is that the top flap has no button to keep it down and so does whatever it feels like.

The product itself is very good, easy to fold, lightweight and has plenty off room for groceries. The reason I have given it 3 stars is because it took so long for delivery.

Bought for my parents who like to walk to the local fruit and veg shop. They put it together with ease (thanks to previous reviews) and it’s been working great. They often take a detour home through the local park so it’s been off road regularly! It manages find in the grass and lumps and bumps. Great purchase, we would recommend it

My wife got 6 uses out of this, doing a normal shop, then on the way home on Xmas eve the right wheel joint disintegrated, leading to her having to carry & drag it the rest of the way.Save your money & go elsewhere.The old one we had from Argos was not only cheaper, but lasted for over 5 years.

Easy to put together and it can hold a lot of shopping, as you can slide two zips down to expand by around 2 inches further
