When you need to know a product will do what it says, it gives you peace of mind. That's what this product does. I've seen a full load and no leakage. The tabs work well and can be moved and reattached easily. The cotton material assure no sweat rashes.

These were supposed to be the best but in my opinion are the worst. They are loose and you have to tie them with wraps. These wraps only work once and if you to readjust them you can't. I was not able to wear them at all. Do not spend your money on this.

Absorbs quickly and lasts through the night

I am not a fan of the cloth-like material. The tapes hold decently, but if you wet more than dribbles, it soaks through and leaves your pants or bedding damp. I prefer plastic diapers, which have that extra protection of the plastic exterior.
