Nice bands
I use these for squats when working out at home. (Don’t want to buy a squat rack). I really should have seen the brochure that came with it first rather than watch a video on how to do squats with long bands. I had stood in the inside of the band and wrapped around just underneath my neck. Very uncomfortable. All I had to do was stand on the bands, grab tight and go from a squat position to a standing position. Hands are a little uncomfortable but still much better than what hi was doing go before. Can’t say much for durability as I’ve been only using the bands for a little over two weeks. However, the material seems good quality. I will update if anything changes in near term.

outstanding for PT type stuff. Skip the handles! might even replace your free weights!
If you used physical therapy bands from 10 years ago you might think these will smell bad or feel flimsy. Not so! There's zero smell. No stickiness, nothing unpleasant.I wondered about getting a package with handles. Having used them I'd definitely say to skip the handles. The reason is that you often want to increase the tension by shortening the band, or vice versa. That'd be more difficult and sometimes not possible with handles. The material feels good in my hands as is.Right away I saw they have some advantages over free weights. They just feel more natural and they are a lot easier to store. After a few weeks of using them, I'm doing a lot more of my physical therapy regiment because it's just more pleasant and effective with these. Hence some old injuries feel better! I'm sold on the concept. You can work a really wide range of different movements that feel pretty natural compared with free weights.

Great bands
These band are great. I've been having issues with my shoulder due to sitting at a desk all day and using these bands has help keep things from hurting and even has been helping me rebuild muscle I used to have. The bands do have a powder to help protect the bands from the oils in your skin but it also smells kinda powdery/rubbery on your hands afterward. My supervisor uses these bands too (how I found out about them) but he noticed they do lose a small amount of resistance after excessive use but they are still resistant. Overall a great product and is definitely worth the money. Just pay attention to the poundage to make sure it fits your needs.

I feel like a professional with my own bands
These are great bands, and I highly recommend them for strength training. Sure some gyms have these laying around but some don't and sometimes you can't find the strength you are looking for. Definitely worth the money. I am using them to assist my pull-ups. I also appreciate the chart they provide to tell you, which band(s) to use to help you with your pull-ups.

Perfect for assisted push-ups
This was great for assisted pull-ups and resisted push-ups. I had it for a year and it eventually broke. still going to use it as a non-circular band. It probably broke because I was doing a pull-up and had it set too high on the rig so when I put my feet in the band and dropped down it snapped. Just put your knee in the band and not your foot and it should be fine.
