I tried this product for six months and it didn't work for me even while on a clean diet and exercising three times a week

Very bad product. does not work.
Do not spend your money in this product, it does not work. I place a pill inside a glass of water just to see the effect and after 1 hour the pill still intact. I oppened a second pill and mixed with a glass of water and not only smells like a product you will seasoned your meat before cooking, it does not become jelly at all. I have no loose any single pound after a month using this and I am very disappointed.

Helps maintain my weight
This is not a magic pill but I tend to not gain weight when I take these pills. I stopped using them and my weight went up. I have a metabolic disorder and this has been the only pill that doesn't make me sick when I take it. I don't feel as hungry.
