The strings kept getting tangled. This is really a job for several ppl to put together. I do love this Chandelier, but it was too much of a hassle n the instruction booklet that it came with is not helpful at all

Bright and beautiful to look at. Installing was a two man job, I had a team of professional electricians do it. Instructions were basic but the video in them helped a lot. My only complaint is that the large ring should have more cables to support it evenly. It looks warped by its weight. One crystal arrived chipped but it came with replacements. I love the bright daylight tone. It’s not too white/blue and not yellow either.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! It is very bright because it’s LED. I still give it a 5 stars even though it is not dimmable and the installation is bit challenging because of our 18 ft high ceiling and the chandelier has too many supporting wires. The 9 wires were tangling (may be because I’m clumsy) while I’m adjusting the height of each circles when the chandelier was taken out of the box. My advice for an easier installation is to measure the desirable length of wire and adjust them before lifting the whole chandelier up to avoid tangling of the wires. You will definitely need two people to install it. Glad that my hubby is very handy. So, if you are handy, go for it!

I was looking forward to installing this light. However, after I opened the instruction manual, the page indicated installation video; there was no web address, just a picture of the parts.You also have to decode the wire color. The brown color is our US black color, the blue color is our white neutral color, and the yellow and green color is our ground wire. After spending time installing everything, the light does not turn on. I tried to rewire it again. It still does not turn on.

Although its as beautiful as seen in the picture, it came a bit scratched up and had some burnt marks around the rims. Not sure how safe this product is...

Not super easy to install. Definitely a 2 person job but end result is amazing. It’s beautiful!! Absolutely love it and recommend it for a unique bright lighting fixture. It’s in our dining room and lights up the room and it’s super unique from what we had there. Lol

Absolutely beautiful definitely worth the money. Mine had missing wires but for the money I guess you can’t expect too much, was not east to put together an figure out the electrical part probably due to the missing wires lol. But it is very pretty at night.

Beautiful but came very tangled up. Took 3 people to install and untangle. But the final product is amazing.
