A little smaller than expected
they were a little smaller than I ordered I am size 9 tennis shoes and they do not get to the front of my shoe.

good product, but not for me
the product is as advertised, feels like walking on mini water beds. I've worn it once for 12 hours at work by itself, it really ached my feet by the end of the day. The next day, I wore the insoles on top of another pair of insoles with arch support for yet another 12 hours at work, my feet felt way better than day 1, but would have felt even better without these water bed insoles. I'm happy with the product, but it just didn't work out for me and my long work shifts.

I ordered these insoles based on the reviews of others. I work in retail and I am on my feet for 8 hours on a concrete floor. Even with custom orthotics my feet would be aching at the end of my shift, and would do so for several hours. I received my order within the promised two day window and the price is quite reasonable. At first glance I thought the insoles were a bit thin, but I was soon to find our they are quite comfortable and provide a lot of support. I tend toward a problem with plantar fasciitis and have no problem with the amount of support they provide even though they appear to be totally flat. It does take a bit of getting used to wearing them. They squish when you walk and the fluid is moving within the insole. It feels strange at first, but after a couple of days the squishy feeling is not noticeable. The bottom line is my feet do not ache at the end of an 8 hour shift and I am ordering another pair as soon as I complete this review.

Excellent
Took a little adjustment to how they feel, but after having heel pain at the end of every day even with wearing comfort shoes, when I put these in my shoes I have NO heal pain at the end of the day. I hope they last, but right now they are great!!

EXCELLENT AND EFFECTIVE
EXCELLENT PRODUCT, THIS TYPE OF INSOLE IS THE ONLY KIND TO GIVE ME ANY RELIEF FROM THE CONSTANT FOOT PAIN I HAVE HAD ALL OF MY LIFE AND THESE ARE THE BEST I HAVE FOUND. I WILL BE BUYING MORE!!
