Great value and looks and works like new
Haven't had long enough to comment on battery life and don't really use the touch screen but the computer arrived and looked like new, no signs of it being refurbished. Windows set up fine and all up an running in the usual timescale. Everything seems to work fine. I didn't spot when buying it that the keyboard layout was US but that's a minor inconvenience as long as you select the right layout when configuring Windows!

Good, poor battery
Works perfectly, no marks, completely clean.My only issue is how fast the battery drains. If I'm doing work - online with no programs running, it can last for about 2 hours before needing charging.

Laptops are like new, speedy and a great screen.
Purchased 2, arrived prompty in a huge box, with each well packed within.Laptops look new and completed setup on first use.Needed full 'windows update' afterwards for everything to work windows style.Keyboard is US (as advertised) takes just 5 mins to get used too.The screen is brilliant and sharp. and laptops run fast plus 18 months warrenty.Loving them. May get 2 more.

Stay clear. Sticky rubber
The electronics are fine. The case is notIt is covered in a rubberized coating.In the unit i received the rubber coating had started to become just slightly sticky. Research online showed other people asking how to clean/scrape it off. I decide to return the unit. That was not a great experience. You need to drop off a post office and pay. Hmm what exactly does the guarantee amount to??

All you need in a laptop!
Excellent laptop, speedy and in perfect condition. Easy to set up. It came well packed in bubble wrap. And a touchscreen.

Excellent laptop.
The media could not be loaded. Excellent laptop, looks like new.Update...After one month of using I opened the laptop to install another ram memory and i see the battery is not i really good condition. Note, check your batteries.

As good as new
Very pleased with this laptop. I'm always a little apprehensive about buying 2nd hand but this came through in absolutely pristine condition, it would have passed for new.The screen is very nice - great colours and contrast, sharp.Nota huge fan of the soft, velvet/silicone feeling body (I suspect this will degrade in time) but for the money I'm more than happy with the rest of it.Battery life is very good - I easily get 6 hrs of bon-trivial web browsing from it, if not more.
