See Customer questions & answers above.The charger I received from ARTIZLEE has this information label on it:Li-ion ChargerModel: AD-Li24BINPUT: 100v-240v 50HZOUTPUT: 21v (DC) 1.5AThe input voltage is USA-EUROPE. USA is 60HZ not 50HZ. Plug is USA 120v 2-Prong; not polarized.I was surprised by the 50HZ spec. so I charged my batteries as a test to find out if 50HZ spec. mattered.I charged both the 20v (Manual Tool Spec: 21v) 4.0 AH batteries I received on my USA grid power 120v 60HZ.The batteries stayed cool. When the lights changed, red-charging to green-charged, charger was a just a few degrees warmer. The charging time was around 1.5 to 2 hours for each battery; Long enough for good test. The charging time was with-in the 2.5 hour 'Quick Charge' promised in item description.The charger works on USA grid power. I do not know if 50HZ matters with a portable generator or an inverter.IMHO: I liked the ARTIZLEE Tool & Kit best of the approx. $100 Impact Wrenches on Amazon.It has: Both 1/4" Hex & 1/2" Square Drive; 2 speeds Forward; 1 speed Reverse- with on/off Auto-Brake switch; Trigger Speed control; Forward-Off-Reverse slide switch above trigger; LED Light; Brush-less Motor; Two 4.0 AH Batteries; Charger; Accessories & Case. Manual lists tool wt. as 1.75kg/3.86lbs- Too heavy to drop w/out damage! Tool has a wrist strap. I will hook it to a Tool Drop Safety Lanyard. I agree with tool description: Balance is good.FYI: The "Switch button" on the Tool's base Functions as:FORWARD: Hi/Low Speed & IPM; REVERSE: Auto-Brake on/off- Brake stops Tool when nut/bolt 'Breaks' Lose!Before Someone Asks: The Pin & O-Ring is a 'Lock' for the three 1/2" black impact sockets.The accessories are good useful tools. I view them are hand & drill-driver not impact-driver sockets & bits.You should buy a set of BLACK Impact Sockets. I had both SAE & Metic DEEP Sockets (approx. $20 each set).I bought BOSCH 1/4" Hex Impact #2 Bits (Pk/5 $3.99) & Quick Change Holder ($5.99) [Amazon Prices].I was looking for a 1/4" Hex impact driver when I found this tool with 1/4" hex & 1/2" square drives. I do not like to use larger sockets on a 1/4" hex drive. Driving 1/2" lags bolts with 3/4" socket on 1/4" drive? This tool is better!I do not expect this to replace my HD air tools. But, This Tool is Cordless & Hoseless- Try that with an air wrench!!!

It works! At 1st I didn’t think anything fit but it does, but it is tight to put things on. I have other tools that I can use with it that slides right on. 2 batteries for the price I can’t beat. For 100.00 it’s worth it and if you want better pay more. Less work for me and more tools. Oh yeah the batteries are hard to take off but last. I will be adding a video.

Works great, took off tough nuts with not much effort. Removed tires, replaced old shocks & put everything back together with one battery. Easily removes lug nuts, probably would never be risk of breaking off bolts like an air tool can & I still finish tightening nuts with a wrench/torque wrench but as a home DIYer it works great. Multiple funtions are very nice!

I was excited to get this product as a cost effective tool. The battery life is good and you get two of them. The bits work okay, but can't be locked in like some of my older drills that I bought this to replace. What is really infuriating is two of the drill bits are already broken and I don't mean snapped in half, they no longer can be used, they turn without drilling. As long as you are doing basic stuff, this is a decent tool. Anything else and you won't be happy.

I just got this today (10-3-20) I gotta say it works! Right out the box at work it took off lug nuts with no problem!An amazing price for all the extras this kit comes with. 2 batteries! Also no need for an adaptor for the drill bits, the 1/2inch head has the adapter built in!

I bought this as used one from Amazon. Amazon said this one is as good as new. But, one of the batteries is not working at all ( i think that's why buyer returned) and not enough power, it barely loosened lug nut. I ordered other wrench to replace this.

Ae I received the package:1) Half of the delivery box was open2) As you look at the pic of tools case which I've posted, the case is broken.

Everything came neatly packaged and with simple instructions as well. The red casing the holds the sockets holds them too tightly. Pliers should be boldly advised when removing instruments. Also the drill adapter for the socket broke at the head after two uses.
