Were in their box and individually packed in bubblewrapped envelope ...
Were in their box and individually packed in bubblewrapped envelope but were put into a very loosely packed, too big box so that they must have bounced around in transit. None of the three worked when plugged in and rattled (something broken inside) when shaken.
