The greatest cutting disc.
I purchased these 41/2 disc by Makita and was totally impressed with them. I tried others and returned them. I tried cheap ones and expensive ones and returned then also. I tried $8.00 to $12.00 each disc and they cut good but did not last. Guys, believe me, these Makita disc cut like made and last like forever, I am so happy I tried these and done searching for a good grinding disc. Tip don't apply a lot of pressure just go with the weight of your hands and grind away and you will be impressed too. Will definitely recommend these to others.

These are grinding wheels. Simply put they do exactly what they are intended to do. I don't notice any difference between these or any other's that I have used.

Excellent Grinding Disc at a Great Price!
These grinding wheels are an amazing value! I build custom furniture from a variety of reclaimed structural steel shapes, which are normally in terrible condition, and require some very heavy weld beads for proper fit up. As a result, I spend most of my time either preparing material or grinding huge weld beads flush. I purchased these wheels primarily for finish grinding, but found myself leaving them on my grinder in the place of the regular thick wheels I use for heavy duty grinding, due to how well they stood up. These wheels not only remove material very quickly, but do it much smoother than other wheels I have used in the past. The price on these wheels is much less than what you would pay at your local hardware store. Great wheel, great service.

Price: Pretty fair, a little over $3 each.Purpose: Sharpening lawn mover blades.They work fine for what I am doing.Only Issue: Being a Prime Customer, I could see a bit sooner delivery.Using on a Makita 4.5" 90 degree angle grinder.
