O2Cool Pocket Carabiner Fan with Batteries and Assorted Colors

Fred Schneider said it best (Hot Pants Flare Up), and this little fan does a terrific job in managing the intermittent waves of heat emanating from my face, neck, chest, back, everywhere. This little fan minimizes the sensation of feeling like you're in the midst of a stagnant wave of excessive heat and humidity. It adds just enough coolness from a strong micro breeze and air circulation to make menopause nearly tolerable.Let's face it, there are a whole LOT of you who are searching for a pocket-sized fan to deal with hot flashes. That's how I found this thing. I bought two of them (one for home, one for work), assuming they'd be okay. They're definitely okay. They're terrific! You can't even accidentally hack off a finger tip because the fan blades are made of foam. I have one on the end table aside of my end of the sofa, and the other is in my top desk drawer at work, always ready for that surprise attack of heat.This little fan is incredibly good! I ordered two, they sent me two different colors. How nice was that!?

This little fan packs a lot of punch! It's my favorite fan to use and works the best out of all the fans I've bought which is surprising since it's so tiny. The only thing I dot. Love is the battery closure because I always find it slides off really easily. Doesn't hurt toddlers hands when they hold and play with it (will rip out hair if they put it to heir heads though!). You can hook it on things too which is helpful so you don't have to hold it

Works fine except that the on-off switch has to be held in order for the fan to work. That's not a big problem if you hold the fan but it would be a serious flaw if one were planning on setting the fan on a table. I only use it in handheld mode so it's not a deal breaker. Otherwise I would have returned it immediately. This may be a fluke and I would probably order it again, assuming that the next one would not have this flaw. It's perfect for local cooling jobs.

This fan worked for exactly one day & then quit!! This was my 2nd time purchasing this fan, because even though it is battery powered, these fans do not allow you to ever take off the back plate so that you can put in new batteries. This time around, I am definitely going to purchase a fan from any other company! If you don’t want to waste tons of money on these incredibly poorly designed fans, I highly suggest that you too, purchase from a different manufacturer. Honestly, shame on this company!!

This little thing has saved my social life. Can't say how many times I've bought an airline ticket or expensive seats for a concert or sporting event, only to have issues throughout the event because I'm highly intolerant of the chemicals used in many scented personal products such as cologne, perfume, even some shampoos and hand creams. Unfortunately for those of us with allergy or intolerance, lots of people douse themselves in fragranced products, and all too often we find ourselves seated in tight quarters with them. Needless to say, often events are sold out so there are no other seats, or we miss a lot of the event and disturb other patrons trying to find an usher, explain the problem, etc. Toughing it out is not an option as the scent can make people with intolerance really ill - vertigo, nausea, etc. (It's possible to experience anaphylaxis from scented products, but luckily I have personally not yet experienced that.)Even if the scented person turns out to be sympathetic to your plight there's nothing to do about the problem - people are out at an event with no way to remove the odor, as no shower or change of clothes is available. Enter this relatively inexpensive, portable fan which I can run near my face and which will redirect the odor so that it doesn't make me sick, and I can enjoy the event without a bothersome interruption for my family or other nearby attendees. It does make a slight breeze for the person next to me, but I can change places with my spouse most of the time and he doesn't seem to mind the air flow.I'll be buying several of these so I can keep one in each handbag. The batteries last a few hours, too, so no worries about it running out of gas before the end of the evening. I'm thrilled to have discovered this product.

This fan is a good little fan, lightweight, helpful. I sent two to my sons at Scout camp. However, it showed a navy/green fan that I was ordering, not offering color selection, but what actually was sent to my boys was a hot pink fan. Thankfully they didn't care, but for some that might be annoying. Color choice should be made available or at least known when ordering.
