A potentially good option for those taking lots of different health supplements
This multivitamin that is aimed at men covers quite a few bases by offering probiotics, fermented vitamins and enzymes, so it’s a bit different from your common-or-garden multivitamin. There is no getting away from the fact that it is an expensive product and considering the recommended dosage is 4 pills per day, that means you’re getting just 1 month’s supply for c. £40. But if you’re wanting to take a probiotic as well as a multivitamin and an enzyme supplement and Omega 3s you might need to do your sums to work out whether a combination product such as this could work out as being more cost-effective.I’ve not had ‘fermented’ supplements before but this process is apparently beneficial. I’m not a scientist so there is an element of trust in the marketing that this is not simply the latest buzzword.I’ve been taking these every day for the last week and not noticed any odd aftertastes. The marketing could do with being a little bit less Americanised (they refer to taking a “8 ounces of water” with every dose for example), and there is a caveat regarding allergies that the product is manufactured in a facility that also processes fish and nuts.I still think they seem quite expensive, but as mentioned if they mean you can reduce the number of separate parts you would otherwise procure then this could balance out.

Whole food multivitamin for men approx £1.33 per day
So the description states this is a:-Whole food multivitamin for men, probiotic fermented vitamins + enzyme activated minerals + B vitamins + organic extracts, daily mens multi for energy, brain, heart, eye health, 120 capsules. There is a taste when taken them, but no after effects. It doesn't repeat on him. So no burping and tasting it again later on in the day i mean. Can be taken with or without food.He feels a difference, more awake, moods have been better, somehow says his mental health feels better.Over all they have made a difference and does feel like they are actually doing something unlike normal multivitamins taken previously. So it's definitely a win win....BUTThey do cost £39.99 for 120 pills. They recommend 4 a day, So that's 30 days worth of pills. Works out £1.33 per day.The thing is to consider is there a vast difference takeing them or not. He says yes. My pocket says no lol.So I said I'm willing to pay for another 2 months worth. To see if there has been enough of a difference to consider the cost. But I suppose you get what you pay for really.*** The amount of vitamins and minerals in these pills is unbelievable really:-boron, omega-3 from micro-algae, as well as probiotics and enzymes.*** Codeage men daily vitamins include:-Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, COQ10, Iron, Omega 3, Boron ACC and more!*** Men’s Multivitamin:-✓ 120 Capsules per bottle✓ Real food, sprouted and fermented ingredients✓ Enzyme-activated minerals✓ Vegetarian capsules✓ Raw Ingredients✓ Non-GMO, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, soy free, keto friendly✓ Free of carriers, fillers & artificial Ingredients✓ Made in USA

High quality comprehensive range of multivitamins -vegan/keto friendly
This is a high quality supplement. As someone who regularly uses vitamins and minerals, I am aware that they come in different forms, with different levels of bioavailability for the body. For example, the cheap form of vitamin B12 found in most multi-supplements is cyancobalamin, which is not especially effective. By comparison, this product contains methylcobalamin, a more expensive form of B12, but also a form which is much more useful for your body to consume. The other ingredients of this product look to be of a similar high quality.I am also impressed by the sheer range of ingredients. Again, some cheaper multivitamins will only provide 10 or so vitamins: this provides 25+ vitamins and minerals, including some rarer nutrients (which are still important) which you may not otherwise get through supplementation such as chromium, molybdenum and boron.Digestive enzymes, probiotics and various fermented foods (also rich in probiotics) are included. This product is also vegan and keto friendly. This is quite expensive in comparison to other multivitamins on the market, but you are paying for quality. If you wanted to combine other supplements to get the same list of high quality ingredients it would likely cost far more than if you just ordered this single product.
