Looks great but performance didn't add up.
I received this the other day in a box that appeared to have traveled the earth. Had other address labels that had been covered up so this was pretty obviously a return. On opening the box, the unit appeared to be unused and despite the box condition was in great shape. All the included hardware fit and the unit went together fine. this LOOKS like a well made industrial/commercial cleaner. It DOES have a grease fitting for the spinner bearing as one other review didn't find. I noticed from the bottom view that the spinning arm with the nozzles was much closer to the ground than I thought it should be - even lower than the brush skirt around the edge. The spinner height can be adjusted upward with a split collar. The arm also did not look like what the instructions showed. I assembled it easily and tried it out with my new Simpson 4000 PSI/3.5 GPM pressure washer. The unit spun much slower than I thought it should - this made for the spiral design unless you move the unit very very slowly. It also did not come close to the edge of the housing when cleaning near a wall or edge. On closer inspection, this unit has a housing a little over 20" and a spray arm that is 16" long. I'm not sure why the spray arm is so much smaller than housing (design? parts substitution? ). Other cleaners I've seen have nozzles that point slightly outward to get full(er) coverage but this one had nozzles that pointed straight down. Just doesn't seem to work as well as it should so I'm returning it...

Fully recommend, and from a discerning customer!
This is a beast! I used it with a 3000 and 4000psi washer and it worked well with both. Its wide path and easy maneuverability are germane to executing a quick and effective surface cleaning job. Tall users wont be hunched over, but it does take some effort to move around as it is well constructed and a bit weighty. But no complaints about its efficacy. The only negative is what others have posted...the Clevis pins, one at least, are not long enough to secure the handle to the base washer, so it does require a trip to the hardware store. As long as you plan for that minor inconvenience it is a hoot to use!

Check parts immediately
Did not come with right parts to assemble. Had to go out and buy a piece to complete assembly.

Great for small jobs
Worked great first couple uses then started leaking at the handle with trigger

Not to be considered a professional tool.
I like the shape of the handle and the aluminum deck, but it does not have a zerk grease point, so I doubt this will withstand use over time. I'm also missing a long pin like most people were. Came with a bunch of other parts that seems unnecessary.*update* after (maybe) 4 hours of use. The rotating bar is now squealing and it seems like I have lost some cleaning power. My pressure washer has a honda gx340 (11hp)With a general T-1621 pump. 2500 psi, 5 gpm. This unit should work well with my setup, but at this point I will be returning it because of the squealing. I imagine the bearings are going out already.

Great for a long driveway
This works perfectly on my long driveway and so much faster than just the tips from the wand

Can’t review, missing pieces.
I purposely spent a lot of time searching for the right surface cleaner and money really wasn’t a factor, I wanted the most complete and best one for my needs. came across this one. I can’t review how it works because they provided me with pins that are too short to assemble it. Not a huge deal if when I went to 3 hardware stores and none of them have the correct pins. I am currently trying to rig up something to make it work and I’m not happy.
