Works, but isnt that great

It is not like a snow cone but a soft slushy
It took us a couple of tries to figure it out but here is how we make it work. For sure freeze 12 hours or more before using it, add soda, put back in the freezer for 5 minutes, stir and it may be ready or may need a few more minutes in the freezer but it does turn slushy. It is not like a snow cone but a soft slushy. My daughter loves hers!

Patience is Key
This is great, as long as you remain patient. It takes awhile and a lot of scraping the sides of the cup before the slushy magic happens, but once t does, YUM! Try it with Coke sometime...if you're patient. ;)

Great product.
This product is wonderful. My son loves slushies but I don't want to go out every day and get one at a gas station. Now we are both happy, he can have one just about everyday and he can make it himself. It is super easy to use and only takes a couple of minutes to make the slushy.

Makes a real slushy
Be sure to follow the instructions. Make sure you freeze the insert as directed and use a sugary drink that is cold as well. Then have a little patience. It takes about 5- 10 min. for the slushy drink to form. Doesn't make a slushy that fills the entire mug as shown. But still very cool! Kids will love it.

Very disappointed, not like the ones they had when I was a kid. Takes forever to get slushy, and by then, it melts

I have tried three types of liquids with not really any luck. It got cold but only one started forming slush on the side by minute ten. That's after 24 hours in the back of the freezer. Glad I only bought one to try because I almost bought four. T

It really works!
This is such a fun item! It really works and works well! We've used it with many different drink liquids (juice, soda) and it really works. Make sure to pre-freeze mug insert very well. We use this frequently!
