Great Product
I was reluctant to buy this as I saw that people kept on leaving reviews that it overflows, but I think they are getting confused with the measurements listed inside the jug. It has 2 heights for frothing, and another height which is for warming milk only. The milk you pour in when frothing doubles in size, so I don't understand how their common sense wouldn't point this out that the highest fill line would be too much.The product is amazing, it looks a lot more expensive than it actually is. It takes about a minute to take fridge cold milk to hot cappuccino foam. Easy to clean (a small tip, add a bit of cold water inside, then turn it onto foam mode, and it practically cleans itself, then discard the water). You cannot go wrong.One very small disappointment, which I do not think its fair to take a star off, the original one came without one of the attachments inside, but amazon returned it no problem and I ordered a new one as it was from a third party seller.

Suitable for small cappuccino only. Looks are deceptive!
Wanted to make a cappuccino but realised on delivery that this machine was only for whisking the small amount of milk needed for a frothy coffee. The machine looks tall but only holds a small amount of liquid as it soon overflows during the whisking process. Was bought for a person who is visually impaired so this had to be returned as unable to make a normal sized frothy coffee. Disappointing ...

Wonderful machine! Highly recommended!
Great machine for foaming milk! It produces smooth foam and perfect temperature. The machine is quite simple to use and also easy to clean by hand wash. The design is great and the size is small which save space in my room. It looks great next to my coffee machine. Highly recommended!

Very easy to use and just what I wanted
I have a very expensive coffee machine whose milk frother has stopped working. The replace the unit would cost a fortune so went looking for a separate frother. This is not the most expensive but I am thrilled with it and cannot imagine what more the expensive ones can do! As the instruction booklet says, get to know your frother and its components and it's a breeze to use. I use the heater/frother and am really pleased with the result. Even better than my expensive coffee machine when it was working. Really, really pleased with this. I use semi-skimmed and the froth is great even with that. Have found a little ramekin in which to put all the little 'bits' as I can imagine they would be easy to lose but easy to clean and easy to use, for brilliant froth. What more do you need?

No more takeaway coffees for me!
I admit to being sceptical when I purchased this, never imaging it would be as good as my takeaway coffee purchases. However, I spend far too much every week on these so thought I’d give it a try,I’m so glad I did !The motor is very quiet. It froths milk (in my case semi-skimmed) really effectively and was the perfect temperature for drinking. The froth also lasted well.I would definitely recommend this product.

An excellent replacement for the Nespresso milk frother
This does precisely what it says it does. It does a great job of frothing hot or cold milk. Important to read which frothing attachment to use and how full to fill it. The old Nespresso machine burned out after only 3 years of use and this is half the price - so if it lasts 18 months I will be delighted. The capacity is less - this is ideal for me for single coffees - and takes half the time to reach the same temperature. Very easy to clean although it is a little fiddly to reach down to remove the small frother attachment. It would help if this were a taller attachment.

Nice but could be larger
So this an excellent frothing machine, bit disappointing on the amount it takes. The warmth can take a while but is nice. The item does over spill. It is worth it if you like your drinks special x

Brilliant piece of kitchen equipment
I love it, makes fabulous Latte with the milk frother. I use the smaller black mixer first then use the other whisker to make velvety smooth froth. Be sure to put the right amout of milk depending on which mixer you use unlike me, the first time I used the maximum level and ended up with froth all over the place. 😂
