Soft, tasty marshmallows that are keto-friendly
I did a taste survey of several different brands of Keto-friendly marshmallows. I adore marshmallows! I got the sampler pack. It came with these flavors: 1. Burnt Caramel 2. Classic Vanilla 3. Lightning Vanilla (has caffeine) 4. Cinnamon Toast 5. Mint Chip 6. Birthday Cake.My favorites were in order of preference: Birthday Cake (how do they DO that? It really tasted like birthday cake), Classic Vanilla, Lightning Vanilla (tasted like regular vanilla, just with caffeine), then Cinnamon Toast, Mint Chip and Burnt Caramel. Just because the 3 are at the end doesn't mean I wouldn't eat them. Lol. I'll eat just about anything marshmallow. The Burnt Caramel smells like caramel, tastes like caramel, but at the end had a slight coffee flavor. I detest coffee. It wasn't enough that I wouldn't eat them, though. (There IS a reason I'm on the Keto diet). The Mint Chip was surprisingly strong (probably a good thing) and cured my craving for mint right away. I have to be in the mood for mint, so I probably wouldn't get these a lot. The cinnamon smelled wonderful but were a bit ... spicy? Worth eating, but didn't hit that "marshmallow heaven" spot for me.I tried a different brand of Keto marshmallow and they tasted great, but were very hard. These were soft and fluffy as a regular marshmallow. They had some chew, but weren't nearly as chewy as the first brand I tried. I tried a third brand and they were imported, quite expensive, and like eating a cloud. The Max Mallow brand left me feeling like I really ate something. The imported brand was "no added sugar" and the nutritional information was in a foreign language (what do they speak in Belgium?) so I can't tell if they fit my diet or not. So I'd say these Max Mallows were the best for a snack to help me stay on my diet, especially since they come out to zero net carbs. At only 90 calories per BAG, they would fit most any diet. The package says "fueled with MCT oil" but I didn't know what that meant. I looked it up online and Healthline says "MCT oil is a supplement that many athletes and bodybuilders use to get a boost in energy or support their weight loss efforts. It is also thought to help with other things such as fighting infection, managing certain neurological conditions, reducing the chance of heart disease, and more." I like a boost in energy, but I do want to sleep at night. Lol. We'll see how it goes since I've eaten way too many now since I had to try them all.

TASTES BETTER THAN REGULAR MARSHMALLOWS
I like it. They are allegedly more healthy than regular marshmallows and they taste a lot better. When I have a hankering for something sweet after dinner, i pop a couple of these bad boys in my mouth and my sweet tooth is satisfied.

Really DARN good!!
These were super tasty! I could sadly eat the entire bag … thank goodness the calories are minimal. I would definitely recommend these.

Delish, Sugar-Free and Horse Approved
Neigh, let me tell you about these Know Brainer Max Mallows! As a horse, I appreciate variety, and this pack certainly delivers. There are flavors I gallop for, like the cinnamon toast and mint chip—those are top-notch! But a couple of others don’t quite hit the sweet spot, if you catch my drift. Still, they’re soft, guilt-free, and packed with fiber and MCT oil to keep me trotting strong. Four stars because, while tasty, some flavors could use a bit more kick. Overall, a fine treat!

A Marshmallow Adventure
First a disclaimer - I do not handle xylitol well at all. I avoid it because it makes me miserable. Now, I noticed these were sweetened with xylitol and monk fruit and erythritol, so I wrongly assumed it would be okay. For example, Dr. John's hard candies are sweetened with xylitol and erythritol and I can safely eat one serving every few weeks without issue. These marshmallows made me very sick. If you are at all sensitive to xylitol absolutely do not eat these. My husband happily ate three servings and had no issues at all, but he does not have any problems with xylitol.I purchased these along with High Key cereal to make 'Rice Krispie' like treats. For those of you wondering if this works, it does if you eat the treats immediately after making them. Be aware though, these marshmallows melt very quick. Insanely quick. When I combined the melted marshmallows with the cereal and pressed it into the pan I was optimistic about how it was all turning out. I tried one tiny piece - literally one puff of cereal - to test and it was crunchy and good. I covered the pan and set it on the counter for less than one hour and when we cut in to it we were disappointed. The treats were still crunchy, but they had a weird staleness about them. They tasted like they had been sitting out, uncovered for three days. I put the remainder of the treats in a bag and left them on the counter overnight and by the morning they were just plain soggy. These marshmallows melt just fine, but they do not re-solidify in a mouth pleasing way.I was really hopeful I could use these in a chocolate cupcakes as a marshmallow filling, but (stomach issues aside) I don't think these are the right fit.As a snacking marshmallow these are okay. The vanilla flavor is a little bland. I was just expecting more, especially for the price.

My favorite
I absolutely loved these marshmallows. They taste so good and there is no guilt because are carb free, subrltract sugar alcohols and fiber. And they are lymphoma friendly as well. They melt well in Coco, and are the same size as regular marshmallows. Great product and fast shipping.

Not good for health
These seemed perfect at first. Good flavor and texture. But my toddler ate one and had an allergic reaction - hives and eczema. I then did some research and investigation into the ingredients and discovered it was what was causing our family stomach issues, skin issues, nose issues, etc. The collagen in here is high in nickle and causes nickle toxicity. It also converts to oxalates and histamine, causing all kinds of health issues. We tossed out the entire last order we purchased and will not be buying again. Health is wealth and these made us feel unhealthy in many ways .
