The Hillbilly Kitchen Verses and Vittles: Down Home Country Cooking (Volume)

Well the only thing I don't like about the book is that it's not ringbound. I would love it if they offer saw this review because I want to buy a ringbound version of this from you.Now let's talk about the many good things about this book now of course southern cooking is delicious and there are tons of great recipes in this book all the way from simple things to make all the way to somewhat complicated things but in my opinion every recipe is easier to follow and a lot of recipes surprisingly have very few ingredients.

I you are a fan of country cookin' you'll love this cookbook. I really like that the recipes are in large type. I don't need to use a magnifier to read then. Good easy family recipes.

Easy yummy recipes with a personal touch. Very much appreciated. Recipe directions are comprehend able and many different things to create. Thanks.

simple food recipes sprinkled with a liberal helping of scriptures; It's like a warm hug. I love the way that she can go to her pantry and end up with a very practical meal; I love the meatloaf, and the pasta recipes that she can spread the meal to serve anywhere between 4 and 8 people; I also love the chicken fried steak recipe. the preacher's cake has a wonderful story behind it. I would highly reccomend this book

The book is simply created. The pictures at not that high quality and the type is basic but…the recipes are great. Look beyond the wrapping and you will find some great recipes!

We've been watching her YouTube channel for a year now & love her recipes! I had to surprise my dad with her book for his birthday. He absolutely loved it! It's so full of great, southern American recipes!

This recipe book is wonderfully simple with lots of good , basic ingredients . Just the job for old cooks like me who enjoys old-fashioned recipes and that don't a chef's degree in cooking . Also one gets a blessing with each page !!! Very highly recommended

Enjoy the YouTube channel so bought the book. Big format. I have Done a few of the recipes. Nice but hope some money goes to good causes , as I felt it was a tad overpriced.

I have really enjoyed making some of these recipes. The only complaint would be not knowing what some ingredients are in Great Britain rather than U.S.A. Definitely not Becky Walker's fault. I will find out what they are. Thank you Becky. X
