I believe it available to purchase, I purchased the necklace and earrings w/o buying a warranty

Hi Michelle, So far I haven’t had any issues, but only time will tell. They are attractive and not too expensive. Hope this helps.

Because of the p65, I returned them. My review stated I wasn’t going to take any chances with a warning of cancer causing products.
