There were no instructions provided in the packaging and it can be hard to figure out so here goes. The hard white plastic valve plug needs to be pried off. You need one or two very small flat head screwdrivers, a knife edge, something like that. Pry the white plug off, then use a straw to inflate. There are a few pics of this on the Amazon page. I used a bicycle pump, careful not to overinflate but the pics show inflation by mouth.

I actually bought this for my daughter when she was 6mo old because our gym class had them. It’s light enough she could throw it around and it’s so durable she can chew on it. It’s soft material almost like foam but bounces like a rubber ball. It was exactly what i was looking for!

Look; it's a vinyl ball, right? It arrived on time. It holds air. It allows one to do rotator cuff exercises against a solid surface, as the physical therapist told me I'd do for much more money under his guidance.I really don't know how one can rate it otherwise.

I got this ball so I could do my barre and Pilates classes at home. It is very good for the price and suits my needs.Some reviewers complained that this ball is not firm, and it is not supposed to be. The instructions even say you’re only supposed to blow it up to 80%. These balls are supposed to have a lot of give for its purposes. If you’re looking for a firm ball, look for a more appropriate product.

Came with plastic tool for easily removing the plug to inflate the ball. Also came with extra plug. I used an electric airpump but could also be pumped up manually. Over inflated a little to provide for air loss as I quickly reinserted the plug.

It’s the perfect size and my thighs were burning when I used it.

We weren’t sure at first how to inflate these, but then somebody who has kids showed us. It’s really easy. They’re just what we needed for our exercise class. They seem nice and sturdy too. Good value for money.

Took me a little bit before figuring out that it was easier & worked when blowing up using my mouth rather than trying to use small bicycle pump cuz it's made this way... husband was cracking up watching me the entire time too, lol so now it's an inside joke we laugh to. Over all, great price, came fast & does the job. Highly recommended.

Early review (used a couple times so far). Overall great - works fine. I was looking to get a ball to do home Barre3 workouts. This is bigger than the the studio balls. So I deflated a little. I'm 170lbs and have put all my weight on it. No concerns.

I love this ball. Easy to use and I enjoy using this in my exercise routines.

It's not thick, it's not too soft, it's just perfect. You'd think it would explode when doing exercises and squeezing it but it's just perfect. You'll love it. Just read instructions: it comes with the pin already inserted. You need to remove the pin and blow it. I used a small pump.

what a waste of time and money this product came with no instructions on how to inflate, and nothing to inflate it with?????? what a joke
