This book gives you detailed information about your health and what you should do to get the results you really want. I also like how the author addresses the myths about health, weight loss, and muscle building that we often buy in to. I really am happy that I came across this book because there is so much that I don't know about my health as a woman.

This is a cute little...and I do mean "little" book. Very, very basic information. Much better books are on the market.

Good book for a newbie, with there was more details about leaning out prior to the competition and how to figure out how much you should maintain before leaning out.

A quick overview
This booklet is an overview of the basics of what a bikini competition is with three dips into three diets that bikini competition contestants may find helpful with no more than half a dozen recipes per diet to give you an idea of what is possible.

Very short with minimal details other than food recipes and suggested supplements. I was looking for detailed cardio and weight training regimes and or advice. But overall, nicely put together.

This is a pamphlet....not a book.
This book was a waste of money. It's thin small and has no photos. It's 34 pages in total that includes the title page, disclaimer, table of contents, and advertisement for a website, and a full page introduction. So basically 29 pages of info. Quite frankly this book could have been written in an hour on your lunch break at Starbucks. There are a grand total of 4 recipes in this book!!!!!!! 4! Oh page 28 is a thank you for purchasing the book and page 29 is a preview title page of the upcoming clean eating cookbook. Pages 30,31 and 32 are dedicated to that and then page 34 is advertising a free bonus offer. So in reality there were a whopping 22 pages dedicated to bikini competing 2 pages contain one paragraph each!This isn't a book it's a pamphlet! The info was basic and nothing new or insightful DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Learn from my mistake...move on! the calories burned from walking away from this tripe will get you further in your competition than reading the miserly contents ever will.Very bad purchase on my part.

Deeply disappointing. I feel I've been conned. This is a tiny 34 page softback book, little more than a pamphlet. There a few basic recipes, and that's it. Save your money!

Not what I was looking for
Although this book had some good information. It's very vague in servings a large serving of protein?!?! What does that even mean is that one serving two servings 1.5 servings. I wish more information was in the book like an example week of food or a week of workouts! Still glad I bought this version as I did learn at least one thing from this book.
