Great Product overall, I definitely recommendIf I was to critique one thing, I would want one with tighter tolerances- but that's some ocd talking.Just can't beat the price! Decent for a budget smoker
It’s not bad for the cheapest option and definitely works, but you do get what you pay for. Like, it really does the job well enough, there’s just a few inconveniences.The cylinders have burrs and nicks around the flat surfaces that had to be sanded down to get the surface perfectly smooth.When closed you can shake it and hear the cylinders move back and forth quite a bit. As I expected, you have to add at least a certain amount of pollen in order to compress it by twisting the end caps, but you can always take the caps off and give the pistons a few good taps with a rubber mallet.Finally, the tolerance between the cylinders and the tube could be a little better because it’s a little loose and the slight gap lets pollen collect and gum up the whole tube so you have to clean it after every two or three uses.But, I mean, it did only cost $8, so for the price it’s really not that bad and why I gave it four stars. There are better, more expansive options, but for a budget pollen press or for a beginner, it’s a decent choice.

Great purchase.
I've purchased one of these in the past. Unfortunately, I lost that one. This is the exact one I got 2 years ago and I loved it. Once you load your stuff in and crank it down, you just turn the oven on and set it on top wrapped in a rag. Then once it's hot to the touch, quickly throw it in the freezer. This thing works wonders for making hash coins.

BLACK PAINT RUBS OFF ON MATERIAL
i noticed my rosin was getting a gross grey tint after every press on the nugsmasher..ended up being from the black paint on this pollen press..i tried cleaning as much excess paint with rubbing alcohol, doesnt make a difference..

It works
I was able to get nice pellets, but the design seems to allow clogging so I had to use a mallet to get it out. The metals do scrape and dent pretty easy so be careful when handling.

Don’t bother
Garbage! First use and the pollen got stuck inside and had to be beat out with a hammer and now the press is completely useless and the interior pins are stuck inside. It’s now a paperweight, don’t buy it’s junk.
