If you swallow them with water in one smooth action, you won’t have to worry about any taste. I take them along with about six, other daily supplements, all of which are also Youtheory formulations. As long as the prices do not fluctuate I can attest to the brand being worth the price you pay. I have not had any problems with freshness, unpleasantness, or under effectiveness. The only draw back is when you run out of something, or when someone starts taking one of your supplements like it’s free!!

I was using it for Ehlers Danlos Syndrome to help with collagen build-up. It definitely helped stop some of my feet and body pain weirdness. I noticed when I stopped using the product, my face lines started looking more pronounced, too. I'd keep using the product but it's a bit pricy for something that a person has to use every month on a tight budget. I take so many supplements for my syndrome I have to pick and choose and rotate products. Everything costs so much together that I have to forgo other bills to keep up. Otherwise, it's a product I like and would buy again.

I prefer the other Resveratrol from Knotweed which they sell for the same price. There is so much more smell. If you do not like the smell of resveratrol than these are for you... NO Odor...
