A STRAIGHTFORWARD PLANNED APPROACH TO COMBAT PROCRASTINATION AND INERTIA
This is the best self help book I have read in ages. I am struggling right now trying to motivate myself with some fairly important things I need to accomplish to get on and some of them will be life changing in a good way, but I have absolutely tormented myself with procrastination and just felt like giving up, then this book popped up in my recommended list!Well worth the read and I do think it made me realise where my problems lie and following the advice of the book I feel more positive about everything already!

Easy to read, with tips that I intend to use!
Like all books by Ian that I have read, this book is very easy to follow, and is set-out in a logical way, with numerous examples of things you can do to improve your mental discipline. My only gripe was that the "real-life" examples, whilst being very informative, tended to be rather long (hence 4 stars), which required a bit of skimming, but this did not detract from my enjoyment of the book.I have not quite finished reading it, but I certainly will, based on what I have digested so far!

Worth considering
Reviewed in exchange for a pre-release courtesy copy. The author has added another book to his prodigious output, in this case, a return to the subject of “SelfDiscipline” as previously touched on in “Self-Discipline: Mental Toughness Mindset" series book 11. The book looks at the advantage of the introduction of "Discipline" into your life, simply the ability to set a goal/s and to build strong traits and actions which support and strengthen this desire. Worth considering this book if you have or are planning to set yourself goal/s as it is one more weapon that will support you in your progressto your desired outcome. The author describes simple exercises and ideas to build and maintain "Self Discipline" int your life.I consider "Discipline" an important part of the toolbox we should all develop in our life worthreading and a rating of 3*

Terrible "book", don't waste your money.
Please, don't waste your money on this "book".It's a word document, self published in Poland.Unreadable, ridiculously bad print and terribly written. You can barely call this a book. The guy wrote a entire "chapter" describing his other "books", saying that they will empower you. I think it only empowers his bank account.I opened it and thought "man, they got me".It looks like a student essay on motivation that got an "A" and the guy feels like he is self help genius.

I loved the way this book is written and I am excited to implement all the strategies delineated in this book. This book has inspired me. While reading this book I have got rid of two of my really bad habits.
I liked pretty much everything and especially the simplification with which the book is written. Each technique seems realistic. It empowers you. Looking forward to read the another book by the author on mindfulness and meditation. Kudos for the good work.
